I enjoy how easy the platform is to use. The tasks keep me organized and on track for multiple projects.

There are a lot of reminders sent multiple times. I feel like the frequency is a bit high, but I’m sure I can change the settings for notifications.

Time management, collaboration between teams, and keeping track of project status.
Amazing product, but some features need to be added
What do you like best about the product?
All the simplicity and versatility of the product. We can easily undestand how the program works (way better than Jira and Azure), but we can have advanced ways of visualization. The program is simple even in advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple features need to be added thinking in the user experience. Add many subtasks simply, witthout clicking to create (just pressing enter). See subtasks in a better way, today we cant see all the subtasks from all tasks in a unique view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily visualize tasks, ordered by the due date. Our team is working in different projects at the same time, but all the tasks are in a unique page. We use the comments a lot to talk with the stakeholders and align with our team

I’ve been using Asana for a while, and it has really helped me stay organized and on track. The interface is clean and easy to use, which made getting started quick and stress-free.
One of the best features is how it keeps everything in one place — tasks, schedules, and progress tracking. It saves me a lot of time and makes managing projects feel less overwhelming.
Overall, Asana has improved my workflow and helped me stay more productive. If you’re looking for a simple and effective management tool, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it runs a bit slow, especially when switching between tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me stay organized by keeping all my tasks, deadlines, and projects in one place. Before, I used multiple tools or tried to keep track of everything manually, which was confusing and time-consuming. Now, I can manage everything more efficiently and avoid missing important tasks.
It saves me time, reduces stress, and helps me focus on what matters most.

Chaos
What do you like best about the product?
The little things like pasting links onto text to create hyperlinks, and simplicity of pasting images into description
What do you dislike about the product?
It's chaotic in the way that projects are managed and created in the systems.
Creating custom views is not something that's readily available and that makes the overall experience very friction full.
I use it every day, but if it was up to me, I'll probably prefer using two different tools that offer the overall solution, rather than one tool that's disjointed.
We're not using many integrations with Asana, but the connection to Slack for instance, isn't this effective.

(1) Ease of implementation is fantastic.
(2) I LOVE that you now host meeting-based training workshops (not everyone works well with async learning).
(3) Being able to manage multiple brands, associated projects and have visibility into my team's work and needs. Knowing where we're at on a project at any given time is extremely helpful and Asana helps me and my team stay on top of deadlines with ease.
(4) I love the integration with other platforms like Gmail and Slack.

What do you dislike about the product?
(1) There's no RACI functionality within projects and you can only assign to one person and have multiple collaborators. (2) The inability to convert a project into a goal. (3) That you can't have "view only" members who need visibility into projects but don't need to actively be in the platform regularly.

Asana is the reason I am sane
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the different ways that your tasks. The different boards, timelines, calendars, etc make it so easy to compartmentalize large tasks.
Even personal tasks! It has been a game changer for my ADHD.
Even personal tasks! It has been a game changer for my ADHD.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't add things directly into the calendars, a lot of times you'll have to go to your board that it's associated with and add a task rather than directly into the calendar day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple projects running, it's difficult to keep up with what tasks are up next, top priority, and which project they're designated to. It's nice to be able to have multiple boards in one space that have tasks that are more complex than just a check list. You can add priorities, dates, and more.
Also, I love that you can see funny cats and dogs with a little Asana hack.
