Best tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use with a lot of useful features
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing that I dislike in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the team collaborate and making tasks status being shared with everybody.

I really like how straightforward it is to use and how colorful, fun, and easy it is to look at.

Asana is solving our project management issue and allows for visibility on projects/tasks for the entire marketing team.
Amazing system for tracking tasks and projects in startup environment

Easy to navigate system. Nice features, love to use templates for recurring projects (for example month end close)

nothing, everything was great so far. Very recommended

Asana is a very user friendly tool, enables seamless visibility and communication across teams
What do you dislike about the product?
After marking a task complete it still sits on your to-do. Have completed tasks archived in a separate folder/dashboard would be my personal preference.

This is a really powerful organization tool that has worked great for me over the years.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility it has. You can tailor it to work in so many different ways which is great when you have different workflows for different types of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are some really great automations there are a lot more automations that it cant do or requires some sort of 3rd party plugin to make work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep the various departments in our company separate in a way where each department can utilize asana in their own way while still being cohesive across departments. Lots of flexibility.

The ability to customize for different teams and clients

Having temp staff access the tool can get costly. A more flexible guest option would be helpful.

Keeping project related information in one spot for quick reference

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to sync deliverables to appear in multiple project boards. our team has learned to use this tool pretty quickly and easily. we use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't like that you have to manually delete tasks on a board - instead of being able to just delete the project board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's keeping our marketing team in sync - give quick updates and due dates to other team members

Love it for keeping track of tasks, from daily to weekly to monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications can get lost very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our CRM calendar so that all teams have access to it and are able to view the most updated version. Also it helps a lot with day to day task management.
I work as a virtual assistant, and my one client uses Asana to keep track of our many projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It's really user-friendly, which was so nice because I had never used it before, but within a week, I was confidently navigating around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't found anything yet that I dislike because it's so intuitive and you can do so much with it, but it truly is not overwhelming, which is so nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for has tons of projects with all different tasks and different deadlines, which can become very overwhelming very quickly, but with Asana, we are able to keep track of everything in one place, and it doesn't feel nearly as overwhelming.
Favorite work management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how straightforward and simple Asana is. I've used plenty of work management platforms in the past and find this one to be the best so far. I use it every week to organize my tasks and it works so well with having a team as well. Appreciate the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too many down sides to Asana, possibly the only thing I can think of is maybe sometimes things get cluttered. But overall its been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remote with a team so when your not in office and able to have that person to person contact it can be tough, Asana helps us organize our projects and stay on top of it.
