Life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has allowed me to look at my projects as a whole while also keeping up with each individual's tasks and priorities. We work in events and it has been a huge time save. I no longer have 15 to-do lists cluttering my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a way to communicate the deadline without the tasks only showing on that day. We have created an internal work around where we put the task deadline in the title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to assign tasks and requests to other team members without sending an excessive amount of emails and worrying that requests are getting lost.
Asana also allows me to view all of the pieces and deadlines of my project and make sure they are all fitting together properly and the deadlines for each piece are appropriate.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps projects moving forward and everyone involved "in-the-loop!" It also keeps everything neatly organized and documents easily assessible for each project and task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating custom WorkFlows is time-consuming.

The ability to keep track of complicated tasks that involves multiple team members, and stay abreast of the progress.

Sometimes I get lost searching for files within subtasks. Its like a rabbit hole.

Excellent product for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with how to use Asana and the intuitive nature of the design makes for a good end user experience. It is really handy with both individual and team projects. I use this every day and definitely keeps me on task and help the larger company project stay on task. I would highly recommend this workforce solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is great, but if other team members are slow or fail to adopt use, it can impact its effectiveness on team projects.

It is very easy to use, and the visual design is also very good. You can use it for both simple and complex projects.

I would like to have more features available on the dashboard and better integration with other platforms.

Helping me to organize better my tasks and understand the stage of each of them. Also gives me some important metrics that I need to align with my strategic goals. .

The Best App for Simple & Detailed Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout visually and the ability to view my lists in different layouts. I love how easy it to use. It's simple but also can be complex if you want it that way. The ability to create subtasks in tasks, being able to bold or italicize words, schedule tasks, have others join in, and the ability to create different projects is just incredible. It's the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize my complex thoughts and business pieces. I love being able to have main columns, and then subtasks in the columns. I appreciate how I can see everything in each column as well. It really helps relieve stress and anxiety about all of the things integrated in my business from project management, to brain dump lists, and even organizing random thoughts about each of my services.

ability to collaborate; multiple ways to look at a project; flexibility in setup

I haven't encountered any downsides...My only concern is not with Asana, but getting some other team members on board with using it!

Having everything in one place, versus Google calendar + to do lists in other software + separate email communication that gets lots in inboxes, etc.

It solves all the problems of making sure task are completed on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it better now that there's AI that can help with the build out of different projects. Much less back and forth with the FAQ page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Asana as it is pretty easy to understand even with the new changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking and making sure I hit all the deadlines needed in order to move needles.
