Perfect management tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
You can create different boards in asana. Each board can be listed with various type of tasks their timelines. You can delegate the tasks to your team members easily. So in short I like the attention to detail asana has.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be more friendly and easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep a track of the timelines. Since I am not very good at remembering the timelines this feature is really helpful wherein I can set the dates for a particular task.

Can be hard to nagviage I havent really learned how to use it

Project Management
Our company uses asana for task management communication as a replacement for email.
What do you like best about the product?
That it's simple to understand the user interface

It's kind of boring to look at. It's easy enough to understand but not that pretty

It gives us a place to set tasks for work that needs to be accomplished by other departments

What do you like best about the product?
Asana it makes it so much easier to stay organized with work tasks. When you have a large to-do list for work its easy to sometimes miss a task or forget about it. Asana helps keep you on track and makes sure everything gets done in a timely manner. Also, creating projects has made is much easier to handle those larger to-do's every month. I use Asana everyday, and would be lost without it now that I have been introduced to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been disappointed with Asana yet. I have found that is only helps me in my everyday work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and making deadlines on time.
Great tool for tracking and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive interface, clean UI, and ability to tag people and view tasks in different views. I prefer the calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a button to autoassign all the tasks in a project to me. There probably is though..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana organizes all of the client tasks that come in and ensures everyone on the team is aligned.
Asana has turned chaos and confusion into organized bliss.

Asana's task assigning and sharing features have made collaboration and responsibility of a task easier to organize and act upon.

I wish asana would allow for messaging and virtual meetings.

It has helped us track permit costs , communication follow ups, and task progress.
Workflows that really work
What do you like best about the product?
By using Asana I have been able to create workflows that really help me stay on top of all the projects I have going at any given time.
Creating dashboards to visual progress and successes is also quite nice

There is a lot of clicking to get things set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides a single platform for me to track multiple projects in a variety of departments. So even though my work might be in multiple divisions I can see where I'm at for each project all in one place
Great tool to organize team projects
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with e-mail and possibility to add tasks to other members of the project. The system is really intuitive what makes it easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to customize my routine tasks in a different layout including phases of planning, on going, done and delayed and also including a classification by projects. I couldn't manage to create this view in a good shape on Asana so far

Track my tasks and give visibility about the project status to the project team
Too complicated to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It does help the team have 1 platform to keep track of our project timelines and track incoming/expected payments from our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to navigate—maybe there are a lot of functions, but it's difficult to learn or adapt when you're already very busy (such as when I want to do something very simple, like color-coding for each team member in the project timelines—but I'm unable to; or when I want to delete a project, I'm unable to even though I'm the admin)

It helps the whole team having 1 place to track all the timelines and incoming/expected payments
ASANA has been a fantastic tool especially for events management
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and navigate, very fast implementation. One of the selling points for our team was the integration with JIRA. We use ASANA daily to manage and keep track of our events and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lower subscription so limited number of insight features, and no access to portfolios at our level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration; assigning and tracking tasks workload and workflow management. We used to do all of these manually, having a central place to manage everything has been a game changer.
