What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of asana is that tasks do not get swept under the rug during a meeting. Things get done! It is also helpful that you receive an email when someone comments on a task you are on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when I completed a recurring task it would go back to the section that I had it in before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sure everyone is in the loop and that tasks that are further down the road do not get missed

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very easy to use to keep track of the status of projects, tasks, and who is doing what. The different layouts help you see visually where things are at, and setting deadlines and owners help keep everyone accountable and on target. The help articles and videos are very helpful so you can get up and running quickly, and the platform is user-friendly enough to figure out on your own with usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functionalities like changing dates of subtasks and moving list items around is a bit clunky and can be improved from a UX design perspective. Recurring tasks/deadlines could have better UX as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability
Organization
Hitting Deadlines

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the rule were a bit more flexible; sometimes, they do not run properly, or have the ability to remove certain subtasks after the task has been moved.

Keeping track of our potential clients and the follow up process, very beneficial so no new clients fall through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and intuitive, with easy user management and a good sub-task structure. good for everyday use.

It is quite colourful, which can be a bit overwhelming when working in multiple projects. This is particularly true for new users who need to come to grips with any new multi-project setup.

keeping track of sub-tasks within a project, so you don't loose track of the many deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of views to see my work and share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a checkbox feature like Monday. I often have tasks that have multiple steps or elements, but don't require a separate subtask.

I have enjoyed Asana. I like how many options for viewing there are for both managers and others.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things in asana are the subtasks and the division of work. Being able to connect with the whole team is important to me and I like the opportunity to work collaboratively with all of the information in one place. I find the checklist easy to use and have not tried the customer support.I feel that the ease of use and notifications are very helpful as I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Asana to be harder to manage tasks without some more in-depth training or time on the job. I realize that it is a platform with lots of options that allow companies of multiple types to function in the same platform, but I wish that there was a universal setup that was recommended and could be modified from a starting point. If that makes sense? I feel that the ease of use and notifications are very helpful as I use it everyday. I would say that implementation could be simpler and more training tools could exist for the platform. We don't specifically integrate with anything, so I cannot speak to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management is the most significant area that Asana benefits me.
