A Powerful and Efficient Tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Asana for a few months now to manage tasks and projects for ministry work, and it’s been a game-changer. What stands out most is how user-friendly and functional it is, even on the free plan. The workflow feels natural and intuitive, which has made it easy to stay organized and keep track of what needs to get done.
I use Asana daily. It’s become a central part of how I keep track of responsibilities, communicate with team members, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The built-in features—like task assignments, due dates, and multiple project views—make it effortless to manage ongoing ministry efforts. Asana was incredibly easy to implement—I was able to set up projects, create tasks, and start using it effectively within the same day. The intuitive layout made onboarding simple, even for some of the team members who aren’t very tech-savvy.
In terms of integrations, Asana plays well with the other tools we use, like Google Drive and Slack, which has helped streamline communication and file sharing. I have not had the need to reach out to customer support yet, but I know my supervisor has mentioned high praise for how responsive and help the support is. On top of that, the help documentation and community forums are well-organized and have answered most of my questions quickly.

Asana is helping solve the challenge of keeping ministry projects and tasks organized and moving forward—especially when juggling multiple responsibilities or working with a team. Before using Asana, it was easy for things to slip through the cracks or for communication to get scattered across emails and messages.
Now, everything is in one place. I can assign tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and stay aligned with others involved in the work and my co-workers can do the same which has been so productive for all of us. It’s helped me stay focused, reduce stress, and steward my time and responsibilities more intentionally—all of which are crucial in a ministry setting where clarity and follow-through really matter.
Now, everything is in one place. I can assign tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and stay aligned with others involved in the work and my co-workers can do the same which has been so productive for all of us. The ability to build out workflow automations that help reduce an employees time working on individual workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has multiple notifications for some tasks, reducing the number of notifications for the same task would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is reducing the man hours required by our Project Development team by allowing us to create smoother automated work flow, where everyone can collaborate.

I like that Asana makes it easy to organize work, and segment it out for different projects and different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that would be useful in Asana, but it seems like feature requests form teh Asana community go largely unheard, like creating multiple dashboards per portfolio.

It helps my business keep track of what steps need to be taken in our projects to ensure success.

Amazing CWM platform
What do you like best about the product?
The step by step instructions with toolkits and live support. I appreciate the ability to review a video in most of their trainings and then it is accompanied with a practical use plan. Vey efficient processes and great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a downside to Asana since implementing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks Management, organizational alignment for project submittal, cross-functional communications and solutions for work management. Asana is allowing consistent communication across multi channel teams who need to align on goals and projects. The AI integration and automations allow for less redundancies and better operating experience.
A great tool and project manager

I think Asana excels at being able to assign and track tasks to individuals or teams, with great features to link, attach, tag, and add information to each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it can be an overly complicated interface at times, it can be confusing and longwinded to navigate.

We currently do not have a project manager, so Asana serves as the way we organize tasks among our team and other teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has transformed how I work. It makes task management easier, enhances my productivity, and ensures I stay on top of all my responsibilities. Whether it’s keeping my tasks organized, tracking progress, or managing multiple projects. One of the features I appreciate the most is how my boss adds tasks for me. It makes it easy to not only see all my tasks but also filter and view them by different projects, ensuring I don’t lose track of anything important. I find myself using Asana daily, if not multiple times a day. It’s become my go to tool to keep a close eye on my tasks and their progress. Whether it’s completing tasks or simply checking in on what’s coming up it is just so user-friendly. The calendar view is especially helpful for managing individual tasks it allows me to put my own tasks into calendar and make sure to stay on top of follow-ups I have to do to achieve the task that have been assigned to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face some glitches sometimes but overall, no complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My task management, it has been a game changer for me to stay on top of my tasks list and ensure they get completed.

I can set tasks to recur at custom intervals, and it's really quick and simple to move something to next week if I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook integration could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to keep track of a lot of tasks across a wide variety of projects, and Asana helps me do that. Not having to keep track of them in my head not only avoids dropping something, but also gives me mental peace.
