I wish there was more functionality included in the free option, but I understand the need for tiered pricing and paying for advanced features.

Canva Review
What do you like best about the product?
As an executive assistant juggling calendars, deliverables, and cross‑departmental requests, I rely on Asana to keep everything on track—its intuitive task lists let me break big projects into clear, manageable steps, subtasks keep details from slipping through the cracks, and the timeline view makes it easy to spot deadline conflicts before they happen. I love how automations handle routine follow‑ups—so I can spend less time nudging and more time strategizing—and real‑time collaboration means stakeholders are always in the loop without endless email threads. Integrations with Slack and Google Calendar cut down app‑switching, and the mobile app ensures I can respond to urgent requests no matter where I am. Overall, Asana has been a game‑changer for keeping high‑stakes projects running smoothly and proactively supporting our leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana offered more robust built‑in time‑tracking so I didn’t have to juggle separate tools just to log my hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana tackles the chaos of scattered email threads, ambiguous task ownership, and shifting deadlines by centralizing every project detail in one place, automating routine follow‑ups, and providing clear visual timelines—which means I spend less time chasing updates, never miss a critical deliverable, and can proactively support my leadership with confidence.
Asana allows us to focus on the work, not the project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for everyone to use. We implemented this tool for a small team and everyone had previous experience with other PM software. After using Asana for a few days, there were no complaints. We use it every day. I've adminstered clunky project management software that basically felt like a full time job in itself. Using Asana is so much better and allows us to focus more on the work itself than wrestling with the project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana prevents us from having to send all updates as emails. And, it organizes and archives projects and collateral without any additional effort.
Super energetic and informative duo of trainers showed us how to be productive in Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the My Tasks view, rules and custom fields, how you can have tasks go across Projects, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! They really seem to have thought about everything a collaborative organization needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having tasks be the source of collaboration from inception to completion.
Accountability and collaboration.
Customization for roles and work styles.

Asana is a helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has recently evolved beyond simple task management into a more intelligent work platform. Its newest AI-driven features, no-code AI workflow builders, help automate processes, and generate insights directly within projects. Asana is great with having workshops and webinars to help with new launches and learning new skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has made major strides in AI and project management, but there are still areas where it could improve. When using AI to build rules, it doesn't always work as intended, which can be frustrating. The free tier is very limited, with advanced features like reporting, automation, and timelines restricted to paid plans. The platform can also feel overwhelming when rules do not work as intended. Reporting tools, while improved, can be less intuitive than dedicated analytics platforms, and managing complex task dependencies may feel clunky for large-scale projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When collaborating on projects, the entire team can see where we are and what steps need to be taken next but also allows for assigning roles and visibility on what tasks need to be assigned
Near Perfect
