Streamlined Collab and Clarity With Asana

What do you like best about the product?
Appreciate how Asana gives a quick, centralized view of all ongoing work, team members and project statuses. It makes it easy to share updates and link to the latest files, serving as a single source of truth instead of relying on scattered emails or chats. It's also great for building clear work breakdown structures that align well with the desired outcomes and process-driven results- ideal for structured project management across cross-functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Asan- but I think that Asana does require upfront training to fully understand how to use it efficiently- especially when it comes to leveraging implementation, automations and integrations with other tools. It's powerful, but it takes a bit of time to learn and optimize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps eliminate scattered communication and disconnected task tracking by centralizing everything into 1 organized platform. It improves visibility across teams, keeps everyone aligned on priorities and deadlines, and ensures accountability. For me, it's made project mgmt smoother, reduced follow up emails and helped streamline workflows from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
As the admin overseeing all tech at the ministry, I needed a tool that could help bring clarity and coordination to a very diverse workload—and Asana delivered. It’s flexible enough for each of our directors to manage their own portfolios while still giving our executive director visibility across the whole organization. Features like custom rules, recurring task templates, and cross-functional project linking make it easy to keep things moving. I've seen huge gains in productivity, efficiency, and peace of mind. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real challenge we've faced is the learning curve when it comes to setting up teams, portfolios, and permissions in a way that works for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our ministry team stay organized across departments. It’s made it easier to track tasks, collaborate across departments, and save time each week.

Simple and Easy to Use Task Management System

What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity. It is easy to get started right away unlike other more complicated software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an email intergration feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to stay on task with my clients. It takes the process out of memory and puts it in a place that allows me to work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
As the title says, what I love the most about Asana is how insanely fast their tool is regardless if you're on the browser or the desktop app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can be a pain to reach out to, that's why I learned things around it, and became knowledgeable about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally tracking all the tasks, workflow automations via Asana rules, saving me time from repetitive tasks, reporting, and idk what more

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everyone on track when you are collaborating with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more templates to use for different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem it solves is keeping all projects in one place so we have an accurate view of what is going on in the company. Additionally, it allows everyone to respond and own their portions of a project without someone having the job of gathering updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been an invaluable tool for our marketing team. It helps us stay on top of tasks, collaborate more effectively, and run reports that clearly demonstrate the impact of our work. The multi-homing feature is especially helpful—it allows us to organize tasks across multiple projects without duplicating work. Asana has truly become our single source of truth, making it easy to track progress and see exactly who’s responsible for what.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that two owners could be assigned to one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of projects and to-dos going through our marketing department was overwhelming to manage. We were all working so fast that it was difficult to keep each other up to date on projects which resulted in duplicated work or balls being dropped. Asana has helped us track tasks and projects all in one place rather than on notepads, spreadsheets, emails, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
How the rules on board could be customised as per the need and the sections. It is really helpful. Automate the workflow and updates very conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many email notifications, even though I try to mute them. Almost every update sends one email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, its provides a common platform to handle all the cross functional team. Manage all the tasks. Have a clearer picture of what exactly is happening. Too helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the tasks can open into it's sidebar where more info can be stored, live updates can be added, and subtasks can be added. I also really love the goals tracking and the portfolio building. It never feels clunky.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you can create portfolios in the Teams and pin them on the overview page in the team. I also wish tasks can be assigned to multiple people instead of having to add a collaborators column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall communication within our team and keeping everyone up to date on progress on different tasks.
