What do you like best about the product?
That it is cloud based, easy navigation, looks mordern
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot see nested sub tasks, dependencies do not automatically change dates, a bit restrictive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and making sure that everyone is on same page when it comes to tasks and deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana across multiple departments, and it has streamlined every aspect of our workflow—from major initiatives to day-to-day task management. It’s intuitive, easy to implement, and works seamlessly across teams, making cross-functional collaboration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality could use some work. I don't always find it easy to find past projects or requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change management with documents. It is always easy to find the latest version of a document within Asana, especially when you are collaborating with multiple people across multiple departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very intuitive and the support team is helpful. I use this tool daily for my work, and I am always pleasantly surprised by how many features there are, and how well it integrates with Slack and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent experienced any downsides as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage mutliple software development teams

built-in rules help to automate repetitive tasks like assigning team members, updating statuses, or sending reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is little high and starter plan need more feature from advanced plan

Easy to navigate and very transparent across team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike but there are some features that we haven't utilized yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Number one is for project management, to keep track of the deliverables

What do you like best about the product?
The multi-homing capabilities are very useful for our team. It has brought us a lot of efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to have issues with the program.

It connects our teams and allows up to have standard procedures for our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I can organize the project and simplify the process of submitting it to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high, and the design is very boring and not customizable.

It solves me the process of getting the project to the finish line and organize each and everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage projects and tasks across different departments, making it easy to set clear goals and clear expectations with all the relevant knowledge centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to fully understand the platform to be able to use it. Around a month of daily use to fully take advantage of the software. I wish I could remove some of the tabs that are automatically populated when I start a new template

Asana is solving my daily struggle with decision fatigue and allows us to work efficiently through not just different internal teams but as well as contractors

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the AI support of status reporting, when it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more like Microsoft Project. My organization is forcing a switch to Asana for our PMO, but Asana is not built to manage formal, complex projects. This is a huge step backward for us; there is no % complete at the task level, section headers cannot have details stored in adjoining columns, I can't manage effort, dependencies are very finicky (I would like to enter text to control the type of dependency and lag/lead time), I can't assign tasks to multiple people (and adding collaborators is not sufficient), Milestones are not managed properly, and it is a shame that this system touts itself as a project management platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the collaborative comments on tasks.

Asana helps us stay organized across clients

What do you like best about the product?
As a consulting firm, we have so many clients running at once, all with different deliverables. Asana allows us to easily track things, across different teams so that we don't miss any deadlines. I love that we can communicate within the comments section, versus having to trace down information in Slack about a given task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a way to integrate with what we do via Slack yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization across multiple clients to track deliverables and updates.
