Great for Long-Term Project Management, Relatively Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Its is a great place for project management. Especially if your projects are long term or cyclical. Its relitively easy to use with minimal room for error.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tidying old projects can be difficult and there is limited room for integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a more in depth planning tool where you can add as much detail as needed. Its a great platform for communicating changes to tasks which is helpful.
User-Friendly Interface That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana every day at work. As a content manager, I need to publish different content categories every day and sometimes it's really hard to keep everything organized. Asana helps me with following my schedule and user experience is always smooth. I also like the fact that I can use it on both laptop and mobile, because it helps me to check my schedule quickly even if I'm not at the work desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to understand new features and how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keeping me organised with my work schedule.

It is a great tool for coordination. It allows different ways to organize tasks and is very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not integrate well with figma and other tools. thus, have to keep on putting links etc.

Asana is making project management easy and streamlined with clear visibility of everyone's responsibility, timelines and dependency

I think all the features are helpful and will be utilized. I do not dislike anything about Asana (other than the price for the Pro version).

Visually Pleasing, Buggy but Connected
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is easy on the eyes and can connect to other platforms. An aesthetically pleasing UI makes me more enticed to want to use the tool. I can easily use Asana Hub by having it connect to other platforms such as Google Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Various bugs that I run into that cause tasks to not show up for me. It was easy to start using, but there was a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Asana helps me stay organized and coordinate tasks by connecting them to team members and facilitating chats in a concise platform.

I love how Asana helps me track my time and manage my capacity, allowing me to do everything in one place without relying on multiple platforms. The ease of use and simple UI are fantastic, making navigation so easy that admin tasks don't take up precious time. It was a huge upgrade from manually using Notion, and the initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could only pay for one seat as I'm a solo business owner and would like to upgrade to the Pro plan but can't justify the price for two seats.
