Simplifying Task and Project Management with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Training is available, can be implemented with ease, integrations are available, forms and workflows are also available.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wanted to see is the ability to assign a task for a particular time of day. With that, Asana can also be used for support tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping our company tracks everyones time and helping us manage the team's availability to allocate and move certain workloads. This helps us reduce burn out for the team and assign task with lesser workloads.

Asana makes it easy to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities. I like the flexibility in building workflows and the ability to collaborate across teams in one place.

Sometimes the interface feels slightly overwhelming for new users

Asana helps centralize project tracking and task management, which reduces confusion and follow-up emails

when subtask is to many and we want to add some subtask, we must load more subtask until the end to make it sequences

Versatile tool with intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility and ease of use best. It's not difficult to learn how to use, which is probably one of the worst things a project management platform can be. I like the user interface and I like not having to constantly google how to do things on it. I enjoy being able to assign tasks to multiple projects as well, and the commenting feature is helpful. I also like the animations. They feel good.
What do you dislike about the product?
My gripes are mostly to do with idiosyncrasies of the user interface. For example, I don't like that once you view someone's project, it stays on your sidebar, even if you didn't join the project. I have had some projects I am very much not a part of lingering on my sidebar for months. I also think the interface when you open a task could be improved, especially with subtasks, to make it easier to view everything.

Facilitates delegation of tasks, seeing your workload and the team's workload, and collaborating on tasks.

Before, we were scrambling to keep up with tasks across emails, Slack, and spreadsheets. Now, everything’s in one place—deadlines, priorities, and who’s doing what. No more status update chaos, just a clear view of what needs to get done. Simple, effective, and way less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just wish it was a bit cheaper so more people in our company could use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our marketing team stay organized, aligned, and efficient. It also keeps us accountable. Everyone knows their deadlines, priorities are clear, and we spend less time in meetings just trying to get on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate and easily organize your tasks with different views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many places to put tasks/comments and communication can get lost or be hard to find.

Helping my boss and I keep all of the projects and tasks organized and have a central location for notes and photos.

It's pretty easy to use and allows you to collaborate with others. It keeps us organized and is a great project management tool!
