Asana is one of my top 3 favorite platforms for SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana keeps our team aligned and on task. It's a fantastic tool to help monitor the progress of our campaigns, while linking the assets in one place for the whole team to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, I made the mistake of assigning Subtasks to my team, assuming they were visible to their teams, but was told they couldn't see it unless I created/assigned TASKS instead of SUBTASKS. It would work better if both could be tagged & dated, making it all visible

It keeps all the tasks within a project in one place, with links to assets

nil, the help platform is very easy to engage w, the Youtube channel and its associated ambasidors are very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use and customizable Asana is - I can use it in different ways to meet my personal as well as my team's needs. It has streamlined so much of our work and there are new features constantly rolled out that continue improving our day to day tasks.
Update: the new rules, workflows and AI tools that have been introduced over the past year have been amazing and made this platform even more beneficial to my day to day.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were additional rules + workflows that applied to sub tasks, however new ones are rolled out constantly so I'm hopeful those will come soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has streamlined many of our processes, made collaborating on projects seamless, and gives us insight into workload capacity.

Task accountability across product and marketing teams - beneficial for leadership to see active projects, status against goals.
Keeps the whole team coordinated and working together!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can remind people about their tasks without bothering them all the time. It is so nice to be able to assign things, collaborate, and see the big picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing! The whole team loves and don't know what we would do without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Asana, everything was tracked old school using excel spreadsheets. There was no real collaboration, no reminders in our inbox to update things and things were slipping through the cracks. Now we are all on the same page and keep our tasks updated.

Its so good to work with and has been very helpful. There are so many features on this and allows my team to streamline and keep track of all processes!

Paying for another software and managing it, is sometimes not very good. We often ask ourself if it is needed to keep asana or if we could just build these things ourself.
I think for asana it is crucial to either work on features that make it irreplaceable or to work on the connection to other softwares and take over a crucial step which the others can't cover.
Also just more features are often not helpful, since many customers probably don't use many of them - just more features won't help them.

It combines different projects on one map and supports us in assigning tasks.
The problem that it solves is the easy usage and creation of big timetable's. Further it supports us in creating workflows and connecting them to other softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been able to make me understand that collaborative work management is not a myth. The conscious effort that the Asana team puts into educating users with the live-training resources, forums has been impressionable. Meeting other Asana users in this forums, asking questions and contributing on the platform is exciting
What do you dislike about the product?
I think after the free-trial period user should have access to features in Asana even if it will be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the challenge of collaborative work management by platform where different teams can be managed across board. As a project manager, this has really lifted a burden as I don't have to run checks across different platforms. Also, the concept of having different portfolios that houses projects for different teams have been able to make my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several work management platforms and to me, Asana has been the most comprehensive and useful. I love the design as well. It didn't take long to become familiar with it and it integrates well into my email. The mobile app also works really well making it easy to accomplish task and follow up with my team on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. It's been a great help to my staff.

It makes it clear who's responsible for what and when it's due.
