From paper chaos to digital peace
What do you like best about the product?
Outer order, inner calm. Ubiquitous capture. All the GTD functionality a girl could hope for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sync with my calendar was two way. Otherwise, not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to stop managing projects out of our various emails!
I organize everything with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy working with Asana, for over 12+ years now I have been a dedicated ambassador of the app. I like how it progresses throughout time with integrations, ranges for deadlines, repeating tasks, generally ease of use and implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) I really need for certain tasks to have a "in progress" status - not only completed/not completed. Yes, I know I can add it as a field, but it does not have the same level of importance.
2) Also - if I am paying for the upgraded plan with goals, etc, I would like to have a better stats per task/project (like time it took, number of days/weeks it took to compete the project, all kinds of metrics for "project-based" structure (that is not responsibility/roles based per Asana project, but rather by a project with a real deadline). All these metrics would be connected to my goals and measured, compared and tracked there as well (per project but also per goal and per portfolio).
3) Automated messaging. If I want to use Asana as my ticketing system for customer support, I would like to be able to make automations such as: when somebody fills in my form, they receive a message that we have received their request, they are automatically added as a collaborator to the task, receive this message, if we ask them a question and they don't answer in X days - we sent an automated message that we are closing the ticket in 24h if no response is received. And more. Stuff like this.

I would love to use it as OKRs as well, but unfortunaltelly the upgraded version is too expensive and it doesnt have all the features needed to be a fully OKRs structure with all the metrics we need (we are a service company with projects with deadlines but also monthly maintenance).
We actually use Asana for everything else so it solves us all the problems connected with team alignment, forgetting, prioritizing, planning, communicating on specific tasks.

Asana is the project management tool that you definitely need!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best project management tool I have ever used. From the ability to switch between calendar and board views and then to pivot and see all your task, to the ability to have a seperate thread on every task. It has just about every feature you can think of - in a layout that is intuitive and not overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is convincing the pen and paper people on your team to start using it :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of deadlines, status of projects, central hub for everything
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Is is so easy to use and does not require complex steps to enter/edit/track information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any downsides at this time. I primarily use it for tracking tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy to move tasks from one day or week to another. It is easy to prioritize each day and then reprioritize through out the day if needed. It is easy to enter tasks.
Asana makes our work more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Asana is, and how well it allows us to keep track of each step of the process for all of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are very few downsides for me. Sometimes I wish there were ways to shift entire groups of tasks or subtasks into another task, but that functionality may exist and I just am not aware?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps all of our tasks, deadlines, and details in one place. That benefits us as team members are often in and out of meetings all day, so this allows us to stay in touch and on task and clear about everything we need to know and do.
We love Asana, it makes what we do possible!
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of free features and how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything we do not like, it is our go to program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our data is on Asana, it is our CRM. Without it, we would be at a loss.
A great addition to the business
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has made it a lot easier to empower our team and eliminate the need for as much time spent on project management and planning throughout the organisation.
The team features are really great for empowering each of our departments to run their own internal projects how they want which helped for buy in as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
My main concerns are a lot of the best templating features are locked into the enterprise version, which does restrict the flexibility somewhat for our purposes. You’re also forced to pay for seats in sets of 5, and of course my team in 1 seat too many, so we pay for 4 seats we don’t use which sucks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very diverse work across digital advertising, design, strategy, events and software development.
Asana’s rich feature set and flexibility helps us tailor different templates and structures to suit a wide variety of work functions.

Asana decent product
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the program is user-friendly and can track roles/responsibilities of different team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I doesn't seamlessly integrate other complimentary software that I use on a daily basis; thus, there are some redundancies in processes.
