What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Asana is the way it encourages team buy-in by allowing everyone to see the entire project from start to finish. This creates transparency, identifies bottlenecks, and opens up opportunities for growth and increased efficiency. It keeps people on track—I especially like the task dependencies feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Asana are that it can be overwhelming and feel like extra work for people who aren’t detail-oriented or tech-savvy. Is there a way to make Asana more user-friendly?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to catch it all! We rely on it to manage all our tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Creando diferentes proyectos y desglosando cada proyecto en tareas separadas. Poder agregar los colaboradores apropiados. Agregando formularios. Una vez que domine la creación de reglas, puedo ver que eso también será muy útil. Te hace sentir tan realizado al marcar elementos de tu lista. También es útil asignar tareas, fechas de finalización y proporcionar actualizaciones del proyecto.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all staff have access due to the cost, so it is only used for leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and collaboration are way easier with Asana. It outlines tasks, assigns them to the appropriate person, and gives a deadline. It streamlines processes.

Setting up tasks and reminders is very helpful in keeping myself organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to understand the structure of project, tasks, etc. Sometimes it needs to be able to go more granular than it allows.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Asana is project collaboration across our company. It gives us a central place for different departments to work on projects and allows all teams to stay on track. The number of features and ease of use has made Asana implementation extremely quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike on Asana is tracking down tasks that were accidentally deleted by a user. This was a bigger issue when we first started using Asana and has mostly been eliminated as users gain familiarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving our organizations communication problems. For far too long, communication happened through emails, chats, texts, phone calls, and in person about projects and tasks we were working on. This left room for error, employees forgetting what tasks were assigned to them, and no good way to track what was discussed with various employees about projects coming up. Asana has given us a central location for all of this to happen and put accountability on employees.
Rather intuitive and learning curve is not huge.

Ease of use overall is a low barrier to entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the nesting displays aren't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for project management and keeping track of project timelines. My Tasks is forever a great tool to keep me on schedule for completion of work.

There's a lot of flexibility in how a task can interact with different spaces across projects and segments within an asana account

The close minded pricing that makes it really difficult for small groups and businesses to take advantage of key features

Providing details oriented task support and automations while giving a high level view of how projects are progressing

having a board that can be dedicated for team tasks or individuality that gives better visibility on the progress of these tasks

Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great as it allows a very visual structure of team tasks and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I believe would be most useful which I have mentiond to Emily, the sales associate, however, I do not feel as if those were welcomed, yet alone realised.

I benefit by making coworkers accountable.
