Prioritizing Win

I like that I can work with new staff on what projects and priorities to focus on and see where barriers effect them and our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the easiest to navigate or organize. Extra steps to do simple adds

My Go-To Tool for Task & Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has very intuitive interface where i effortlessly manage all my tasks across teams. This helps me to create projects, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and track progress in one place keeps everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing such about disliking the tool, it's just that initially it takes time to get used to with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all our stakeholders on one platform with everyone having access to all projects related details and files, which empowers everyone in the team and makes execution faster as one not have to depend for anything. Anytime anywhere anyone can work and execute the tasks.
Asana an effective tool for your work

Asana helps me in day to day working schedules to organize my tasks and help me to keep upto date with my work and wherever there are dependencies with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Asana is great as it is in current form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising tasks with respective owners when there is a collaborating task updates me when any changes are made etc.
Organize communication in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have communication for needs, organizing events all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing, lots of information to look at in one space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of sending an email that could potentially be lost/disregarded/forgotten by the receiver, the task stays in one place until it is taking cared of and I can set priority for each tasks.
Ridiculous pricing model: small teams beware
What do you like best about the product?
Asana meets the table stakes for a PM tool and is pleasing on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
User seats are MUST be purchased in blocks of 5. This appears nowhere on their pricing page (https://app.asana.com/0/billing/pricing). I have 6 users in my org currently experimenting with the tool but I am forced to purchase 10 seats. How the hell does anyone working there think its acceptable to list a per user per month price when I cannot actually buy a seat at that price????
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the leadership team organized
A feature packed PM Tool that helped our team power through 80+ training programs per year
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has very powerful features and has helped our organisation immensely in managing our delivery of training programs - we have about 85 a year. The in built reporting and status features are great. The potential to build really powerful workflows are there and can really boost team productivity. Potential AI tools are looking very promising as well in helping us set these up quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a HUGE learning curve. You could be using Asana for years and still not know the ins and outs of all the features. If you are familiar with other PM systems, I wish Asana and Wrike had a baby, I would be extremely happy. There issues in the way Asana is set up, with what I think are some essential features that are missing. For example, not being able to clone templates - WHY?! I would think this was a no-brainer. The fact that there is no way to "file away" projects or organise them. So unless you archive a project they are all hanging around cluttering the space. There are no features or custom fields on a PROJECT LEVEL that will enable you to organise projects when setting them up and potentially making setting up project folders and reporting much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and task management, task and progress visibility, capacity management, collaboration and visibility across teams
Great to use!

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy collaboration, good templates
Helps me stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can easily move tasks from different sections for more efficient work. It is also nice to have reminders of all of my outstanding tasks in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more format options and automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relying on memory for exceptions
As robust or simple as you need it to be
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of Asana is how it is flexible on what tasks you use it for. It can handle a complex corporate work plan, or just upgrade your basic calendar and to-do list style of management. Not to be missed are the recurring tasks, tying tasks to goals or larger org vision, and allowing Asana to manage any and all communication that is tied to a specific project. Even if tasks that may become overwhelming or overdue can seem more organized and doable. Bonus: Asana adds the fun in functional management. 🐕🐈Not to mention forums and endless training videos allows for some amazing, accessible support.
What do you dislike about the product?
For an organization like ours that is more democratic, Asana can break down the idea of who owns what. It's Ok most of the time, but it's quite common for more than one person to create his or her own tasks, often for the same project, and maybe not always in the same place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the many stages of a complex project, and at times, tracking the hours, is great to make for seamless project management.
