What do you like best about the product?
Asana has helped ensure our team with processes. Managed our time properly and priorities are met. We use it for our day to day tasks. It is also connected to our slack hence getting notified everytime. Customer support has been responsive and helpful. Also, our team are easily trained because it is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has no downside on my end. Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covering all bases and not missing keypoint
Great product with minor gaps
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful, intuitive, and constantly evolving project management platform. It’s easy to use, well-organized, and helps keep our team aligned and on track. The ability to customize workflows, set priorities, and visualize progress across projects makes a huge difference. The regular feature updates show they’re listening to user feedback and actively improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor things I’d like to see improved or added, but nothing that impacts our day-to-day use. The bigger concerns are around support — response times can be slow, and the recent move to third-party client service has made account management feel less personal. Also, pricing is on the higher side, which could be a barrier for growing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us manage complex projects, track progress, and stay aligned across multiple teams and departments. Before Asana, tasks and deadlines were scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and chat threads — making it easy for things to fall through the cracks.
Now, everything is centralized and clearly structured. We can assign ownership, set deadlines, track status updates, and keep everyone on the same page. It’s significantly improved our workflow, visibility, and accountability — especially as our team has grown and become more cross-functional.

Cluttered but helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I think there is a lot Asana can do with AI and automation that does in some ways help to make things simpler. It takes some time to get things set up but once they are up and running it is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not that user friendly or customizable. I think there are things that I expect to be able to do but can't. Like if I sort buckets by who they are assigned to I don't see the subtasks. There is also so many features that even if I could do what I wan't I can't figure out how. There are also way too many notifications so people ignore the important ones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to make sure everyone knows what they need to do and keep track of various milestones for projects
Almost perfect

Matches my work style perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Asana for close to 10 years and have never seen a piece of software so perfectly match my thought patterns and how I think about work. It's adaptable to a wide set of scenarios, and it makes me feel more organized and more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish there were a way to map tasks onto my Outlook calendar, so I can work-block from inside of Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes work out of our inboxes and Teams, so that we can more easily track our progress toward goals.
Asana in Practice: What Works, What Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Asana is the ability to leverage Asana AI, Asana Studio, and advanced automation of recurring tasks. I particularly value the intelligent recommendations provided by Asana AI, as they help me plan more efficiently, optimize workflows, and make faster decisions. These features significantly contribute to time savings and increased operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Asana that I find limiting is the restriction within Asana Studio and the built-in AI assistant, which currently lack the ability to search the internet when creating automations and rules. This limitation reduces the potential for more advanced automation and contextual intelligence, which would significantly enhance task management and real-time decision-making. In an era of constant connectivity and rapidly evolving information, I believe that integration with external data sources is a necessary step toward unlocking the next level of functionality.
One limitation is that it’s not possible to automatically stop tracking actual time at the end of the workday if an employee forgets to stop it manually. This feature would greatly improve the accuracy of time tracking and reduce the need for manual corrections.

General experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana brings all my tasks and projects into one clear place. It’s really easy to create tasks, set due dates, and assign work to teammates. I also love how I can see progress at a glance and spot any delays early. With Asana, our team stays organized and everyone knows exactly what to do next.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, Asana can send a lot of notifications, which sometimes distract me. And when a project has many tasks or subtasks, the interface can feel a bit slow or crowded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of scattered to-do lists and manual spreadsheets. It lets me track task progress by week, right inside each project. I can set clear goals and deadlines, and everyone on the team sees what needs to happen next. This cuts out the time I used to spend updating spreadsheets or reminding people in meetings. As a result, our work stays organized, on schedule, and I spend less time on manual tracking.
Great training for a beginner in Asana

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot set a rule for an individual task, just sections and projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tasks visible across teams and management. I like that we are able to see our calendar clearly.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Asana is the recurring task feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does not have the ability to factor in a business day count in the recurring task tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving visibility into team members' monthly tasks and enabling tracking from inception to completion.
Effortless Task Management & Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana’s clean drag and drop interface makes it incredibly easy to break big projects into manageable tasks and subtasks. I love the Timeline and Calendar views for visualizing deadlines, and the ready‑made templates let us spin up new workflows in minutes. Integrations with Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams mean updates happen automatically, so our whole team stays in sync without endless status‑update meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced reporting and workload‑management features are locked behind the Premium/Business tiers, which can get pricey as your team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to juggle tasks across email threads, Slack channels, and ad‑hoc spreadsheets, which meant things slipped through the cracks and deadlines were constantly in jeopardy. Asana centralizes every task with clear owners, due dates, and dependencies—all in one place. Automated reminders and real‑time dashboards give us full visibility into who’s working on what and when it’s due.it is really easy to use looking forward to start using it in our company.
