Easy Task Assignment and Clear Team Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to assign tasks to others in the company, organize tasks within specific areas to ensure we stay on schedule, and see collectively what the team is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit troublesome trying to assign tasks to multiple places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing my team to keep documents in one central location!
AI-Powered Organization That Makes Content Look Better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI feature it provides making it easy to organize my content and make it look better
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot assign a task to two people. If a designer and a copywriter are both working on an ad, you have to choose one "lead" or create multiple subtasks, which clutters the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Properly organize a project from start to finish to ensure a smooth flow.
Intuitive Task Management with Necessary Dependencies
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the app feels and that I can add collaborators to keep several people on the same page. I use the dependencies feature a lot, as creative work usually relies on the work of others before successfully closing tasks. It really makes it valuable because I can easily draw a thread of responsibilities and solve any potential bottlenecks. With creative teams, performance teams, and web development teams working on the same projects, it's very important to understand where we are dropping the ball.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are some very unnecessary buttons, such as "print" on tasks, the AI draft subtasks, that I really wish I could remove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana improves cross-team alignment, task visibility, and personal time management.

What do you like best about the product?
Task Assigment for projects or events. Assigning subtask and team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in a thread if you do not label it well in each section it can be difficult to find latter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have added features recently to help with responding more efficiently within the project your are colaborating on.
Intuitive and Structured, but with Necessary Improvements in the Mobile Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I organize myself better with Asana thanks to its column task mode, which allows me to have the information more structured. I also enjoy the documentation within each task, as I can attach information and maintain complete traceability. The initial setup of Asana was very simple because it is quite intuitive and its initial mode is very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile interface is not as intuitive as the desktop view. I have to keep moving the screen more frequently to see all the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize myself better with Asana thanks to its column task mode, keeping my information more structured. Additionally, I can attach documentation and track within each task.
Clear, Confusion-Free UI, but Task Updates Can Lag and Roll Back

User interface is good.. no confusion at all..
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it takes time to update task and UI shows it’s fine but after few seconds it’s rollback..

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana helps communicate with other team members. I appreciate that you can create a due date and work asynchronously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to create new tasks for everything and sometimes I lose or forget tasks. I want help prioritizing or seeing when tasks aren't recurring tasks but one-offs I might miss. It was ok, just hard to learn so much new.

Asana helps me communicate with other team members and work asynchronously by setting due dates.
Asana’s User-Friendly Interface and Flexible Views Make Task Tracking Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is user-friendly and shows multiple different views so you can view your tasks/projects the way you like! I use it every day and it make collaboration with my co-workers extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Asana is that it doesn't have a good outside integration with AI platforms, like Claude, (that I know of) yet and I would love to be able to connect directly into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep the team on track for projects and it helps me stay on top of my workload by keeping me to a set timeline.
Easy to Use, Great Task Grouping by Due Date
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I like it much better compared to other competitors. I like the way you can group taks by due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that when you use a range for the due date, it will show under the last day instead of the first day of the date range; this gives it less visibility to the task.

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage our teams work easily and mainly anywhere. It is best in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it has some kind of user limitations. Also we can't use some features if we don't have there premium subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said it is helping us alot in managing our projects. It is greatly contributing to our overall management works.
