Convenient task management
What do you like best about the product?
That I can arrange my daily routine and make reminders for myself and my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find anything I dislike till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help not to miss any small task when using it regularly. With Asana, I do not need other notes not to forget to do tasks.

Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The Tag feature where you can tag anyone and you geta notification . Also the interface where we can see the Inbox and My tasks

Importing files is not so friendly and is a tedious task

Meeting at one platform where client can put the defects, questions and the product team can solve and chat through one platform. Also Asana helps in such a way that we dont have to communicate through any other channel

I like the clean flexible platform views.

I'm unaware of anything to dislike. The learning ramp appears to be reasonable and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The live trainings are very helpful when getting started. You can ask questions as you go and others may ask questions you didn't know you even had.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only have 8 team members and had to buy 10 seats. There is not a per user price.

Managing workload and tracking project progress.
Great tool to keep your project managers on task
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to get a 30,000 foot view of my department, which consistes of multiple sections. Customer service is great. Other platforms will never have a human call you back to address your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is so customizable, that it adds a level of complexity to the implementation. While it does prompt you to take these steps, there is a learning curve for new members to adopt all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
I can get a quick overview of what I need to do to complete my tasks. I will be using this to complete the launch of a new product and it seems like just what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i'm liking it and don't know enough about it to say what I dislike.

Keeping us on track and not letting any tasks fall through the cracks.
Comprehensive project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that tasks can be linked to boards which keeps everything nice and tidy. There are also many view options which is great to accommodate lots of different user preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Asana linked to our HR system to show staff unavailabilites when they are on annual leave. This would help to avoid tasks being assigned to someone that is on annual leave. There is an option to show when you're out but only when are are out in that moment, not forecasting future leave.
