Best Time Management and Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to coloborate crossdepartmentaly and create individual ticketing systes for all of our teams across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small ask would be the ability to exclude weekends when using rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one peice of software to colobborate and create multiple ticketing systems

What do you like best about the product?
This is just what i've been looking for to see where I am with all my projects. I can see where my teammates are as well and what is assigned to whom. Everyone is accountable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to figure out how to simplify my project names.

Seeing where my project are at a glance

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and it fully eliminates have 10 different tools for project management. Visually great for keeping track of what everyone is doing, deadlines and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have not found something I dislike, which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what everyone is working on and by when they will deliver, is very simple to follow up without having to messsage + email + schedule a zoom session to align.
Asana's number one fan!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of Asana for campaign and project management. It helps me stay organized and on top of my tasks, particularly when collaborating with teammates. The automation is really helpful and I also like that it leaves a paper trail for the progress of a project so that you can easily identify blockers and improve workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
We all use Asana differently so sometimes it's difficult to ensure everyone is on the same page about how a projects should be run or created. But this is more about education and adoption within the company I suppose! There are also sometimes limitations in what you can do but they seem to be updating and expanding the product constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my work organized particularly as it pertains to collaborative projects with other team members and teams.
Great for to doo lists
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add collaborators, easy to configure to do lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit annoying when importing sheets with assigners at it wiill email everyone as soon as the list is imported.

Easy to do lists in one place

Asana is quick to implement and offers an interesting overall level of understanding. You can easily manage your projects.

There is a lack of the ability to create sub-projects.

I like Asana simplicity to set up tasks and projects, delegate, set up due dates and the integration it allows between multiple teams and portfolio.

I really love Asana for its user-friendly design, which allows both my team and me to use it without needing extensive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the assignments sent to a person don't appear in their inbox right away and can take a few minutes to show up after the task is assigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the Quality Department of a contact center, where we need to audit interactions and meet a weekly quota. Recently, I noticed that my specialists were struggling to complete the required number of audits each week, which highlighted some time management issues. So, I turned to Asana to assign daily tasks that they would complete and update directly in the platform. This significantly improved their productivity and streamlined our overall workflow.

Not intuitive tool for. It's very easy to Mark that the task was done by a mistake
