What do you like best about the product?
Love that it's very easy to use and they keep imporving on the tool over time. It's a tool you can really use in a simple way or as advanced as you can think up! They have added great automation features over the years that have been very helpful as well. It's also a great tool for growing companies so you can scale up easily. We also integrate this tool with Zapier and our CRM. I also love how they have webinars and learning options as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as downsides it's almost so easy that everyone thinks they are an expert. So there is defiently long ways and short/better ways to do things. So sometimes people can go rogue easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us manage our entire company and all projects within it!

I don't know yet, perhaps at the moment too many notifications but it can be adjusted in the settings

What do you like best about the product?
All my projects are now neatly organized on Asana, and what were formerly daunting tasks are now easy victories. The dashboard view is the main benefit; it helped me organize the work into stages and gave me a clear picture of how far along the team was. I was able to delegate precise and thorough actions by breaking each assignment down into smaller parts, which ensured that everyone knew their role and when it was due. You didn't even need to check external emails or messages because everything was in one central location thanks to the comments area and the option to attach files. All of these advantages have contributed to its unprecedented success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can say about Asana other than that they should remove some storage restrictions in certain places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Asana, our content, design, and social media teams have been able to effectively collaborate on project implementations and manage various tasks at once. In the past, management had become disorganized due to overlapping tasks, excessive cross-posting, and a lack of clarity regarding who was responsible for what and where they stood in relation to the process. By utilizing Asana, we were able to establish a dashboard that meticulously managed every step of the campaign, including content production, design review, and network scheduling. Subtasks were utilized to delegate responsibilities and set due dates for each activity inside each phase. We were able to discuss particular topics without having to schedule extra meetings or send out more emails since we used priority tags and added comments to each job. Additionally, we found it to be an efficient tool for creating weekly status reports. In order to boost communication and productivity, as well as save time and money, it has been used to monitor and execute procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very intuitive and logical solution to manage tasks and project work that originate from a multitude of sources. A "one-stop shop" to ensure that you are documenting, prioritizing, and executing those tasks that make up your workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
No discernable dislikes or downsides! If anything, we need to spend more time learning about integration with other platforms, including M365 email/Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project oversight/execution and task management.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very complete, has divisions clearly so you and your team can stay organized, while keeping comunication a priority. It is practical and efficient. Highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit overwhelming to look at, especially when you are not familiar with it at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to set daily, weekly tasks by priority. We are able to communicate within the sofware to keep things centralized. A lot less things are getting missed.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of helpful features such as setting due dates, setting milestones and assigning tasks to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has a more superior design and look compared to similar tools, it's a little overwhelming to use on your first try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose we use Asana isi for project management and assigning tasks to teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and quick to use, featuring several tools to track tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more management is needed or, as such, a section for proper ticket raising.

We are starting with this platform for task tracking, it benefits us to maintain control.

Streamlined Project Management with Room for UX Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to manage projects with my web developer and graphic designer, and I love being able to keep track of replies easily. Before, it was a nightmare having to go back and find emails. Now, every project update, question, or new piece of art to review can be easily followed as long as everybody comments and updates the project. I really like the ability to easily leave comments on projects and keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were training modules so I can learn how to use it better. I think the left side menu organization needs to be improved. I have a hard time finding all my projects, especially if they are under different teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me track replies and keep project updates organized, eliminating the need to search through emails. I appreciate the ability to comment directly on projects, making collaboration smoother with my team.

Excellent project management software for teams of 5-20

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Asana on two public health research teams ranging from 5-20 members and find the interface to be incredibly user friendly. I find onboarding new users to be very intuitive and implementing work flows for teams of that size to work well. The ability to toggle among the various views (Gantt, calendar, Kanban) is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the messaging feature within individual tasks is one of the weaker features in Asana. It is easy to lose messages within tasks and although you can compensate for this by integrating other IM (i.e. Teams, Slack), the integrated interfaces still don't make for the smoothest transition between apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves project management and collaboration by enabling all team members to see an overview of our projects while allowing each team member to zoom into each individual member and task's scope of work.
