Productivity at its finest!

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly interface ease my process not only by the know-how but as well on the spot I can create/monitor my tasks while I learn more the other interface I can utilize Asana in my day to day routines.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far just not knowing indepth the control in notification settings when linking Asana to other platforms such as Outlook Calendar as recently I have joined a new team in a new oraganization and upon intergration I have encountered excessive amount of email notifications sent out to all team members of the existing project team, which until now I haven't resolve or know how to have it fixed or at least from my side as the user who joined the team's projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves my dilemma in remember what to do on each days and which ones to prioritize to give out my most productivity to accomplish my tasks and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
What's not to like about Asana. It's really easy-to-use and you can get a hang of it pretty quickly. It's easy to implement or integrate too. I would say, a must for every employee but really great for Operations team imo. Also, you have "Customer Support" available to help you out.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the certification part for "Workflow Specialist certification" I am not so sure how to get that info. Not very clear on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically helping me arranging the tasks efficiently and that's what I needed.

A Game Changer for an Interior Design Team

What do you like best about the product?
I love the project timeline. It helps me and my team stay on schedule with our projects and meet our deadlines. It also allows us to coordinate with the contractors and vendors. I also love the task assignment section. I have a lot to deal with daily as the owner of my company and the tasks assignment in Asana allows me to unload everything that's in my head that needs to be completed and delegate to my team so that we are completing everything on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I don't have anything that I dislike about Asana. I've used other project management programs in the past that have had some limitations. I don't have an issue with Asana on limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me solve several challenges I face as an interior designer, especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously. One of the biggest problems it solves is keeping track of all the moving parts—client feedback, vendor deliveries, contractor schedules, and design revisions. Instead of juggling all these details across different platforms or emails, Asana consolidates everything in one place, making it easy to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Another major benefit is improved team collaboration. Asana allows me to assign specific tasks to my team members and set clear expectations, which keeps everyone on the same page. This reduces miscommunication, prevents delays, and ultimately helps me deliver projects on time and within budget. Overall, it saves me a ton of time and keeps my design process organized and stress-free.

What do you like best about the product?
Project layout that saves so muh time on communications and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference between project and protfolio, and the lack of seperation in the sidebar between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications is the main problem. Also being on top of my tasks and deadlined.

Effective app for managing projetcs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way things are disposed. Everything is easy to find and use, and the minimalistic layout helps to see things clearly. I had an easy path using integrations and automations. I have to say that I enrolled on a Asana live tour with Joanna, and it was amazing; very interactive and easy to understand, which means that support is one of the priorities of Asana. I use Asana everyday, many times a day, to se what I need to do next and save my status througout the day
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't set more than one task responsible; when I try to assignee another person, the task is duplicated, and I didn't want this behavior. Another view I would like to see is a dropdown menu of Portfolios. Today we have only Projects, Teams and Starred. I can favorite my portfolios, but a dropdown menu dedicated to the portfolios would make thinks more organized for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I had that Asana solved is the quantity of users that I can have. I need to share tasks and have the interation of my clients, and Asana fits perfect for that.

Easy project management and task progress status with deadline reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to visualise the task board with a timeline and the team member responsible for the task. It is also very easy to collaborate on a task assigned to others and make relevant changes to that specific task. Also, it integrates with most of the tools at my work like Slack, HubSpot, etc., very seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if team members could have a conversation or thread within a task so it stays within the task and collaborators could look into it if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When integrated with some apps, it triggers the action and gets added to the specified workflow Keeps the routine well maintained with details in it on how to proceed or perform a task. Making it clear for the team member to work on and handling the task on time. It also helps in sharing the task board and reassigning when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It greatly facilitated the organization of my day as well as helped me measure my efforts and time spent on each activity. I can also map the amount of things I do per day, week, and month. It is an incredible tool that greatly facilitates my daily life.

I don't know everything yet, it's hard to tell for now.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive tool very handy for team coordination and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far not being able to assign one task to 2 or more people- it would be a nice advancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and workload distribution, clear goal setting and project phases categorisation. Workflow tracking, asynchronous feedback.
