Asana has organized my entire team...
What do you like best about the product?
We are a new team and we were able to build our structure, divisions, projects, and more in weeks. By our kick-off date, we were organized and ready to accept project requests to come in. We would not have been able to do all of this without Asana. The ease of use for a novice was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't something I dislike it is just that there is so much to learn and build within Asana. The more you learn the more you want to build and involve other people in your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is keeping us organized and on task.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great if you have a team that works in different places, but all contribute to the same projects. The integrations within the platform make it easy to use and start new multitasks. There is always a ton of customer support available and ready to answer your questions. As someone who uses Asana daily, the platform is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are too many features, and we don't know how it works. It is helpful to have one person dedicated to understanding the platform to optimize it the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the different marketing materials and subtasks that each project needs with different contributors.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Graphic Designer and illustrator! Just last week a new client suggest me Asana and I couldn't believe how user-friendly and easy is to learn and start using it! They have orientation to guide you and you don't have to search around to find from others how to use the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything is wonderful! Definitely if the monthly payment is lower would be more useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To organise everything in one place! And have my project ready by collaborating with others!

Can be confusing or not using 100% of the platform if do not dedicate time to learn the platform

Maybe sending mails over than needed and opening image only on the web app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick and smooth app for a heavy scalable and frequent changing project and especially when there is a stakeholders are included in the project
New Asana User
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. I was able to set up a project quickly without needing to spend a lot of time reviewing the training material. When I did have questions, I was able to find the answers in the online knowledge base. The 30 minute live orientation was super helpful and provided me with access to all of the resources I needed to learn more advanced features. I was also able to quickly install integrations for MS Teams and Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any comments to offer at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to setup all of our projects and easily see tasks and resources across all projects in one place.
I use it in work and personal life, and it's awesome
What do you like best about the product?
You have a integrated view of all your tasks using specific views like Calendar, List, etc. Also, you can use the Dashboard to have a management view from all Projects with a high filtering/sortering level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the use of AI (GPT) and the encouragment for the users to do so

I like that Asana is easy to use and the interface user friendly.

I really dont have a down side because it rite for my team and it covers all that we use it for.

What do you like best about the product?
I like almost everything about Asana be it UI/UX the customised tags, selective access and reminders. The UI is so seamless and I feel best with this task management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one thing which is so many unnecessary emails we receive for the changes made by bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sine I'm on client deliverable side, I need to do task mangement and I feel Asana is my best partner. The clear indication of due date and and day before reminders help me the best.
