Project management was a mess before using Asana, now everything is clear and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many functions and can be used for anything. I use it internally in my business for operations, to track client work, to liaise directly with clients AND my clients end up loving it so much they set up their own Asana account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides of using Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and keeps communication clear and in order for each job. Having deadlines and adding collaborators makes it so easy to move through a project.
A great tool for businesses of all sizes!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy for me to manage multiple project timelines at once. As a Program Lead in a very small non-profit, there are always a lot of pots cooking. With Asana, I can easily track what needs to be done when, visualize when me and my time are off track, and make a plan for getting back on track. It's easy to use and adaptable to all working styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve to Asana, and it works best when EVERYONE on the team is using it actively. Fully training all employees are proper Asana use is really important, and can be time consuming. Thankfully, Asana provides some great resources and tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of international team working across four different continents. Communicating across time zones has always been a challenge, but Asana makes it easy for me to share all necessary information with collaborators so that they can continue working even when my workday ends.
It has also helped us visualize our marketing calendar and better space out marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can intertwine all tasks/projects/teams when needed. Ease of Use. Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really at all. We have been using it for a few months now and it has worked perfectly for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest is Accountability within our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set-up and customize as you grow, great customer support and help articles. I use it every single day and it integrates with my time tracker and week planner. Has all the features I need!
What do you dislike about the product?
For some, the pre-set hierarchy can be daunting and may need extra work to customize to their needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my go-to for all things project management. It allows me to put every actionable task in one place and search/reference when needed.

The best part s the sharable options to get the work flow constanltly moving with email alerts and updates, no one stays behind!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Fors the most part, compatability issues on my much older phone (iphone 5) that will show signs of glitches, but I belive its becaise of the much older phone.

Asana also enables me to keep track of events and projects involving other Rec Cenrters.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can organize my tasks and the ease of seeing all of them in a list.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is once my tasks are completed in the same day, I can't access them again. Sometimes I want to refer back to them for information but they are gone. Also I would like to organize them and keep the same way of organization. Every time I go back in the platform, I have to organize my way again. I also don't like how long it loads up sometimes. I will log out and log into again but it will still take time to get set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me on task and also the ability to prioritize on a whim. This helps me to see what needs more attention in real time.
Excellent project management for various projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a wonderful project management tool that helps invidual team members stay on track and understand their tasks while simultaneously providing a big-picture understanding of the direction of the project. It is a great collaborative system for team members at all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are not downsides to using Asana, project documentation and reviewing/inventorying completed tasks is less intuitive. This is to be expected and does not impact day-to-day use, but can present some issues at the conclusion of a project when all components are being compiled OR if/when team members are not on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has provided immense support with project management, task distribution, and daily/weekly task assignments. It has benefitted me as a worker because my regular working tasks are incredibly clear to me, and I am also easily able to see and understand how my contributions are a part of the larger picture of long-term, multi-faceted projects.
Asana is a reliable website in which to receive documents and audio files.

Asana is a fast and easy way to obtain files.

There isn't anything that I dislike about Asana.

Asana is a MUST for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can manage projects, collaborate, and communicate with our team and clients. Using the mobile app means I get notifications when input is needed and I can review and approve work while on-the-go, saving time and ensuring that our staff across the country can complete time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to access premium features can be difficult to allocate into a tight start-up budget with fluctuating cash flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily allows for communiocation and collaboration with team members in various timezones. Allows us to set and track deadlines for projects and tasks and track progress towards project and goal completion.
