What do you like best about the product?
The most reliable tool for team collaboration, and helps in get regular insights of work and user freindly and helps to manage day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that i dislike about asana is that it takes time to grow on and it needs regular updates to fix minor bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps in maintaining regular deadline clarity, and helps in connecting teams across the workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how easy it makes it to stay organized, especially when managing multiple projects with many moving parts. It gives our team a clear, centralized place to track tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities. Everyone knows what they’re working on and what’s coming next, which keeps projects moving forward efficiently. It also eliminates the need to dig through long email chains for updates, since everything is documented and visible in one place. This has made collaboration smoother and significantly improved overall workflow clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main limitation I’ve experienced is the inability to assign multiple people to a single task. Many projects involve shared ownership, and having only one assignee can sometimes create extra steps or require workarounds to ensure everyone responsible is clearly included. While collaborators can be added, it’s not the same as shared task ownership. Improving this feature would make task management even more effective, especially for cross-functional teams.

It provides a centralized place where tasks, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined. It benefits our team by improving visibility, accountability, and overall efficiency. Everyone knows what they’re responsible for and can easily track progress, which keeps projects moving forward smoothly and on time.
User-Friendly Task Management with Stellar Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for daily work management and keeping track of projects and tasks. I appreciate how it keeps all my tasks organized with due dates so that nothing falls through the cracks. I like that it is user-friendly and intuitive. I really enjoyed the live training session with Ren on getting started with Asana. I find the ability to work with collaborators and message regarding tasks without having to send and receive lots of emails very useful. The initial setup was very easy, and I was up and running within a few minutes. I love that there is both a desktop app and a mobile app. I connected Asana to my Slack and plan to connect it to my Google Calendar as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve at first.

I use Asana to keep all my tasks organized with due dates. It helps manage daily work and projects, preventing anything from falling through the cracks. I also value collaborating and messaging on tasks without excessive emails.

I use Asana every day at our travel company to manage tour bookings, client follow-ups, and coordination between the sales and operations teams. Keeping task deadlines and comments in one place makes it easier for me to track each enquiry clearly and helps prevent missed actions, especially during busy seasons.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps in automating my day to day task which help me as a tracker and a reminder to execute the task on time. It ease my daily work jobs very efficient which helps me in completing every assigned activities on time. Asana adoption and implementation was quite smooth, my organisation really finds it helpful and productive to use. Managerial level personnel can use this to check the ongoing progress and current status of the project. We as a team, uses asana everyday due to track our work and project status. Our business communication platform got integrated with asana which helps auto population of the task related notification. Query resolution mechanism also quite great which provides quick resolution in case of any challenges being faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite complex may be for the new users to understand the features of the asana tool. But after usage one can become familiar with the features of the tool and can use it regularly to automate the tasks

Asana tool helping in saving a lot of time and effort for tracking the project ongoing status. Also, task related popups help to complete the assigned task in the minimum time without any hustle bustle

Can Feel Overwhelming, Limited Flexibility in Task Dependencies, Notifications & Email Overload, Reporting Limitations and Cost at Scale

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Asana makes it simple to view more in-depth information regarding our dogs including videos and pictures we can show the adopters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can at times definitely be a little hectic with all the categories and sub-categories, however, it is more of an organized chaos than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing more transparency with our adopters as they're able to view their future fur babies in real life scenarios. Such as, playing with other dogs, or having an enrichment treat.

I found the Asana training intuitive and self-explanatory. The process of using Asana seems highly intuitive, user-friendly, and consistent with a lot of the ways we interact with digital platforms these days, so it doesn't require a whole lot of overthinking about what to do and where to go. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

The dedicated "My Tasks" section aggregates all assigned work, allowing users to efficiently prioritize their day and see exactly what is due.
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost for premium features (like Timeline), lack of native time tracking, and a steep learning curve that can overwhelm new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the chaos of disorganized workflows, fragmented communication, and lack of visibility in team projects.
