We have a flow of operations that needs to be organised clearly across multiple teams, so it’s important that everything is structured and easy to follow.
Asana: Flexible, Powerful Workflows with Clear Audit Trails
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very flexible for structuring complex operational workflows, especially hierarchical work, automation rules, and cross-team collaboration, while keeping a clear audit trail of changes and decisions. I like Asana’s ease of use, fast implementation, and the breadth of features that support planning, execution, and collaboration in one place. I use it daily. it was very easy to integrate in my daily rotine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Granular permission control is limited, which means governance relies more on process discipline and procedures than on technical access restrictions.Advanced permission control and governance options are limited and require workaround design. Till today i never needed the custumer support help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana centralizes operational execution, task tracking, and collaboration, improving visibility, accountability, and planning efficiency while keeping the core system of record unchanged.
Solid Task Management, But Overpriced
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana provides a one-stop place for work structuring when our team is working from home. The time tracking feature is also handy because it keeps us on track and makes it easy to invoice clients. Additionally, the initial setup of Asana was easy for us.

The cost is quite high.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for task scheduling, automatic emailing, and tracking tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning it is slightly hard to understand but once you get a hang of it its the best tool

Intuitive and Organized, but Needs Better Task Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is very organized, very intuitive, and easy to use. The formatting of the program and the training tools are easy to use and organized. I found the initial setup very easy with the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't have two people on one task and that if someone else is the task owner, it doesn't show up in my tasks. I use my tasks for everything, and I use it to see how another person is tracking with a task I've assigned them. So it's frustrating that it doesn't come up in the my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep track of all my tasks, so I don't have to remember everything in my head.

It helps me schedule tasks, keep track of each task, assign tasks to others, and manage the overall workflow.

It’s hard to understand as a beginner, and the overall flow isn’t very intuitive to follow.

not very easy to follow at the beginning. the rules and flow needs to be carefully understood.

it can track tasks for everyone and manage timeline effectively
Asana helps me stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana helps me organize my workflow. I can keep my full task schedule there, so I don’t have to keep all the deadlines in my head.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is that the free plan feels pretty restricted, and a lot of the more advanced features require upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of keeping my workflow and deadlines organized. It gives me a clear task schedule in one place, so I don’t have to keep track of deadlines in my head and can focus on getting the work done.

Add priority levels, easy to see what is holding work up and what needs to happen first.

Advanced feature requires paid plan, hard to move big project structures elsewhere.

Always know who is responsible for what that reducing confusion and delays, priorities and views help you focus on what is more important.

It helps track tasks, priorities and progress in one place, asana integrates smoothly with other tools. It has nice and simple interface.

Unnecessary features and notifications, Analytics features is not good.

Due dates, reminders, and timelines help ensure tasks are completed on time.
