Easy to use yet packed with lots of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to implement for individuals and teams. There is minimal friction to just start using it, learning and implementing features that best suits our needs. There are a lot of online how-to info and videos to guide, making it even easier to adopt the platform. I love the clean Kanban interface. Great to team collaboration, especially when working remotely to easily see where everyone is up to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with Asana. One possible improvement is the ability to assign task to multiple users, sometime a tasks belongs to a group or a job shared role. But I understand the idea that a single individual should be responsible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and time management, and managing expectations from others.
Super easy and helps to stay organized as a group!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to see each other's projects, notes, and progress! This helps us easily check in and communicate with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's pretty great! I wish permissions could be easier for each project, but that is super small!

Staying organized and easily being to keep up on tasks as a team!

We were having trouble keeping track of who was doing what task when, but not anymore with Asana!
Asana has made me so organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Having one program that houses ALL of my to do's has been a game changer. I love that every task across all of my projects is housed in one "My Tasks" sections so I can easily see what is do every day (and what is upcoming) across all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it overall and don't have any major gripes at this time, but I would say that my only pain point is getting others as sold on it as I am. There is always a reluctance to change, but I am trying to champion others at work to get as into it as I am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me (and the people I work with) stay organized in one central place.
Clear and concise onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, navigations is clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! It's been super easy and intuitive.

Getting all my events organized and streamlined into one cohesive calendar.
Amazing tool if you put in the work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana works great for me to stay on top of tasks and manage competing priorities. It makes it easy to see what I have to do on any given day and what is upcoming. I've found that the more detail I put in, and more efffort to designing rules and workflows, the more helpful it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the timeline view and find the visual to be at a scope and scale that isn't very digestible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my main to do list across projects so it allows me to see all of my work in one place and be a single source of truth for the work I have to do.
Asana makes team collaboration transparent and easy
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep projects in line and allows for clear delegation of tasks and knowing what is needed to reach a specific goal and deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic features are fairly easy to access and use, and having webinars helps. I'd like to see more advanced trainings readily available for users who are more advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task delegation keeps everyone clear on their responsibilities, project management allows the team to easily track progress on projects and adjust when needed to meet goals.
Productivity in one site
What do you like best about the product?
These fun interactive trainings are exciting to attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it is me. I am the problem I am still learning the features and flow of the site. I was doing my self-paced learning in the beginning but now have attended 3 Asana training and learned 2-3 new things. It is simple to use. I use the site daily with a portion of my team. Will roll out with the full team soon. I have not needed Customer Support yet. These trainings have been the key. A portion of our team is implementing Asana into our worksflow and then we will integrate it 100% to the full team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still learning Asana. Utilizing my time in Asana is never an issue. But using Asana to help my workflow I have managed to increase my workflow to be productive. I am collaborating with the team to get assistance on tasks. I am seeing my day laid out and tackling each task at a time.
Best project management tool ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the first platform is to use and how user friendly the UI is!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Just too expensive for a single team and for an enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all tasks for one campaign and all the updates and work that comes with those.
Great user friendly & intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create complex projects and keep track of everything from personal task to assigned projects tasks. I has a very user friendly interface and it is easy to use from the beginning with little to no training. It seems it can be easily embraced by team members who hate spending too much time "clicking" on the computer
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too bad that you can only get plans in batches, not one by one and that you have to have the same plan for all members in your organization; it would be great to have the posibility for example to get an advanced plan for managment team, supervisors, etc and a starter plan for regular team members.
