Asana is the BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana streamlines communication and task/project management into one intuitive and honestly beautiful platform. Because there are so many integrations it really is the first and when optimized for use (hello hyperlinks) it's one of the only sites you may need to open to start your day, like it is for me. The platform really is easy to use and implement, onboarding it as a new user or the roll out lead will be simple. I haven't used the customer support just yet, but there's an ongoing on demand and live training option that makes it even more attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have zero complaints. New features like the Asana intellgence makes it even more simple to identitfy tasks, subtasks and to create responses and communications that strike the perfect tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The messiness of organizing work; spreadsheets, google docs, MS word, everything felt like it was everywhere. Tasks were getting lost and forgotten, email threads abounded. Asana simplfies everything by bringing it all into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Asana for more than 6 years already and it has never failed me. It's easy to use, you can download it as a mobile app or on your desktop. My HR team uses it to work on projects and keep us accountable for each project from beginning to end. Specifically, we use it for our payroll projects which occur every other week. We can communicate, track, and assign tasks within the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Asana. It has been a real life changer for our department!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our HR department from doing double work and also keeping us accountable.
Overall it's a great tool for organizing teams.

Asana is allowing our organization to align on processes that will drive us to higher levels of maturity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features I feel could use enhancements, such as the ability to assign to multiple team members without creating multiple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a variety of projects under multiple departments, Asana is allowing us to better align our initiatives and drive forward to increasing organizational maturity.
Great Organization Tool for Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great organizational tool that helps my large marketing team see all the transparency

The cost for smaller organzations and adding seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This keeps our content calendar all in one place. Where before we had to use google sheets. This really helps communicate with our worldwide team.

What do you like best about the product?
This app really helps me create tasks to do lists and add deadlines, details and team members. It has made the process of cramming creativity into a box a lot easier. For some things AI is better than trying to figure it out for yourself esp. if you're not neurotypical...

I work now with the free version which nearly as fun as the version paid for by your workplace but still very effective for getting stuff done!

Everything is important but needs to be prioritized and put within a timeframe

Tools for every occassion and project type. Assists me in my daily activities and offer excellent tracking over time.

It is often difficult to get others to try new technology.

Organization Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lists daily to keep my to-do list organized. I no longer use notebooks or post-its... everything is all in one place and keeps my sanity in tact.

There's no downside to Asana unless you like being unorganized.

My to-do list is always miles long, but now it's all in one place and sorted by importance.

Everything I need in one place, easy to track, and easy to adhere to deadlines

Nothing yet. But I'm sure if I come up with anything they'll be happy to address it.
