Asana is a task saver

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Asana to keep my recurring tasks on track. It's really helped me to document my process and delegate tasks to others as my business grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature available on the web and desktop app are not available on the mobile app, like the duplicate feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It had helped me document my workflow and delegate tasks to employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me on track for my projects. Helps me know where the product is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to sort through my tasks. Hard to search for projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps us organized. This benefits me by making it easier to land jobs when we are efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for organizing tasks, keeps the teams focused
What do you dislike about the product?
If only descriptions of a task are updated, the users tagged in the task do not receive notifications right away. Only comments will allow tagged users to receive the email immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone is aware of what is upcoming and what is due. Helps with prioritizing the day's work.

Asana changed the way I work!

What do you like best about the product?
I am COO of a small organization and have to manage 15+ people. I don't know how I would do everything I do without Asana. It allows me to delegate without micromanaging and to prioritize my own tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get addicted to Asana. I am fully adapted but some of my employees are reluctant and still prefer the old notebook for tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we manage projects we learn with our mistakes and we incorporate that into our Asana templates. So our future projects are improved.

More intuitive than the others and does so much for free

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is where I expect it to be. Because it's free and intuitive to use, it's really easy to ask others to collaborate on projects there, even people outside of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is my biggest beef with Asana. I would upgrade if the cost per user was not so steep. On the other hand so many features are available for free. I have looked at Monday.com and Clickup. I almost switched to Clickup because they have goals in their free tier that are close to OKRs. In the end their goals were not as good as I thought and I went back to Asana and use Quantive to track OKRs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me in a very fundamental way. It is not just a place where I can organize my tasks, it is a place that my brain trusts. i can offload all my ideas and tasks in Asana and I know where I can find them when I need them so that I do not need to waste brain power trying to remember everything.

Easy to use yet packed with lots of functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to implement for individuals and teams. There is minimal friction to just start using it, learning and implementing features that best suits our needs. There are a lot of online how-to info and videos to guide, making it even easier to adopt the platform. I love the clean Kanban interface. Great to team collaboration, especially when working remotely to easily see where everyone is up to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with Asana. One possible improvement is the ability to assign task to multiple users, sometime a tasks belongs to a group or a job shared role. But I understand the idea that a single individual should be responsible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and time management, and managing expectations from others.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to see each other's projects, notes, and progress! This helps us easily check in and communicate with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's pretty great! I wish permissions could be easier for each project, but that is super small!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and easily being to keep up on tasks as a team!

What do you like best about the product?
Having one program that houses ALL of my to do's has been a game changer. I love that every task across all of my projects is housed in one "My Tasks" sections so I can easily see what is do every day (and what is upcoming) across all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it overall and don't have any major gripes at this time, but I would say that my only pain point is getting others as sold on it as I am. There is always a reluctance to change, but I am trying to champion others at work to get as into it as I am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me (and the people I work with) stay organized in one central place.
