Foundation for a great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Many options to customize labels, templates, tasks etc

Looks a lot like ClickUp, nothing else to dislike at this time

Efficient Product
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great platform to help teams and individuals complete projects. The interface is easy to use and also fun! You can customize the projects and tasks according to your needs. It's easy to assign tasks for projects and to follow up on them with collaborators. Asana also automates reminder emails to help keep assigned tasks in mind.
I use Asana almost every day. The automated emails help me stay on time with tasks needed to complete each stage of a project.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biigest issue I have experienced is the users. If collaborators do not like using technology to complte projects, they tend to resist Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer do I need to use spreadsheets to build out projects and tasks assigned to them. Asana does all this easily!
Great versatile project management & collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ive been leading the transititon and implementation of Asana within my organization, and I can verify that the tool is very intuitive and easy to reference. The interface is great, very in line with other tools which helps if you are transitioning from a different tool. If you are familiar with PM tools, you'll find most of the same capabilties in Asana. A big plus are the multiple animations when completing tasks which break the monotony of a work day. Additionally, the inbox feauture i found it better than other tools. And the dynamic forms builder is another great tool that I also found better when comparting it against other tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some privacy & management rules that I wish existed for custom fields. Additionally, I would like for the Gantt chart view to be more dynamic, where you can build/choose your columns on the chart. Lastly, I hoping the dependencies get enhanced by the addition of start-to-start and finish-to-finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, Asana is addressing our collaboration and visibility issues. Visibility enhances accountability, and collaboration breaks silos making us an overall better organization.
Tool to boost efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana has easy to use templates and that you can set up and re-use workflows and forms . Its very helpful and enables efficiency across teams. The integration is easy, I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templates and forms help to automate actions within the team. The benefit is that we are more efficient and can conecntrate on tasks rather than chasing after information.
A Project Management Dream
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is so helpful for organizing tasks and keeping all in the loop on where various things are in a project. Nobody has to ask "whats going on with my request" they can look on the project board and see exactly where it is in the queue. I even went to an Asana Academy, they free live (and pre recorded) trainings they have to enhance my skills. The presenter was so helpful and all involved were also willing to answer questions too. I end up using Asana almost daily in my management of projects and my own to-do lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more of the nuanced paid features were free to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping manage multiple folks in a project space.

Asana's ease of use creates an environment where I can test and try different attributes of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pages are a bit busy, there is a lot of information in one project and sometimes feels overwhelming when you can't just focus on one section.

Asana has been beneficial in helping my team collaborate easier on tasks and task management. There is now less confusion on who is doing what.

Organizes my days and weeks while enhancing team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I have many tasks across multiple customers that I need to manage with deadlines. I also need to assign these tasks to people to complete and track the progress. All this on a daily basis.
Asana makes it easy for me todo all this and more and organise my otherwise chaotic work week.

Maybe a few too many notificaitons and also It allows me to see exactly how much work still isn't done haha

Multiple people need to work on multiple customer projects and it allows us to track all that across our team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Asana is my ability to track project progress and tasks for each of my team members. It easily allows me to follow-up with multiple people quickly without using email. All the information is in one place.
I also love that I can forward emails to Asana and add ad hoc client requests to My List and plan my abilty to honor the request based on the tasks I already have on my plate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far there hasn't been a big downside to Asana. Coming up with the best structure of projects, sections and portfolios has probably been the challenge. However, once we start work on setting up a project and decide upon a structure, it's been great. Not crazy about the limitations on the side menu. It's be nice to see everything at once easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all communication about projects in once place. It allows me to track the projects for all team members without having to use email.
