    Construction

Great functionality without being too complicated

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, very little learning curve, very intuitive. Able to use it right out of the gate to organize my work and create productivity, sharing information between team members is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the task creation features are clunky and often I get too many email notifications of tasks, and turning these off isn't super convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of all new business coming in, as well as all the tasks associated with this new business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows me to create a template that I can use again and again for our repeatable processes. I am also able to keep teams connected on activity by collaborating within Asana. I use Asana daily for my own tasks, as well as organizing teams across departments. I have found Asana to be easy to use and have found the multiple trainings available to be an invaluable source of information to increase my understanding and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to update a template, and have all updates automatically populate in all existing projects tied to that template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps all teams moving in the same direction and gives us the ability to collaborate effectively.

Simple and Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I was offered to use Asana at work and had not used it before. It is simple and easy. You can actually play around in it yourself to get the gist of the software and using of the program. I just learned how to intergrate a feature into my calendar and block time. This is super helpful and easy to use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the task that were complete did not show up in my current taks. There is probably a feature to remove them or move them to the bottom. I am just not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my task at the forefront, on track for task completion and share work load with the team

Finally, I can see the mess in my brain.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual person, and having all my tasks and projects easily accessible to view makes planning my work for the day so much easier. Slowly the rest of my team is getting onboard, but in the meantime, app integrations are saving me. I can easily turn an email from my boss into a task in Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to keep up with Asana if the rest of the team isn't. The app integration is good, but if I have to keep turning emails into tasks, whats the point? Also, sometimes contacting customer support isn't helpful as their responses are sometimes more guides to do the research yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem its solving is giving me a visual of my workload so I can prioritize properly.

    Logistics and Supply Chain

Great productivity tool that will increase visibility of the work I do to my leaders

What do you like best about the product?
I love that fact that you can automate tasks using rules. This will greatly enhance our ability to streamline project management and reduce the amount of time spent on aligning multiple key contributors towards the same goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a chance to use Asana enough yet to see a downside. The only issue I could forsee is that given the high level of customization, each project could be set up differently so it might cause confusion. But I think templates would easily solve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining work of cross-functional teams; reducing the amount of fire drills we have to go through

What do you like best about the product?
I love the cross-departmental visiblity and the option to share tasks to multiple projects. Easy to create new projects and processes, Use it daily to track my tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have co-owners of projects - many are not a one person show. Getting started took a bit of time to figure out what template worked best for us. Wish there had been more Asana driven guidance or assistance on getting set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it possible for everyone to track their work to a central project and manage all subtasks.

My team and I would be lost without Asana!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many app integrations it has, how easy it is to organize projects, and how it eases my day-to-day stress. If anyone on my team has a question about something, the information is undoubtedly documented in Asana. We are in Asana daily, and would not be able to function as a team without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint right now is the lack of some integration features with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content review process is seamless thanks to Asana. We also know exactly what to expect of our workload for the day, week, month, etc. It's easy to plan ahead for vacation time, see how much someone has on their plate, re-delegate resources and time, and make sure documentation is present for each project.

Would recommend for any organization that has collaborative project/task management!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to implement. It integrates with so many other working tools/apps. As an Asana Ambassador, I've seen how much they actually pay attention to customer feedback and many features have been created due to customer requests. They're always improving the software. It's visually appealing and not too cluttered, but powerful at the same time with lots of features. I use it for work every single day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that outside collaborators didn't have to create an Asana account in order to see the work we collaborate with them on, but I understand why that's necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team stay on track with tasks and projects, and makes it so easy to collaborate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just a lack of color themes, which is minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep me organized as a one-man team.
