Great tool for getting personal and team work done
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is good for managing work, both individually and within a team. The commenting or status updates on tasks is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part I can't see too many problems with the product. Maybe an embedded document system would be nice rather than having to link out to a third party system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising the priority of work the team needs to do.
Easy to use - essential for my to do list
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see my to do list. It also helps my supervisors and managers delegate tasks to me that let'e me stay on track and never without work. The little unicorn and/or otter that appears when you complete a task is so satisying, and just knowing that that task is done and out of the way is nice. The projects section is really helpful ass well, because in real estate management its easy to have many different things going on for one property and keeping them all together really ensures that nothing gets lost along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far! Everything seems to run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me on task and making sure every task that i am being given gets done.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very helpful when it comes to tracking the progress of projects, managing the progession of sales/order updates and works as an active to-do list that keeps you on track for success!

There is nothing I do not like about this tool

Asana prevents forgetfulness when it comes to my daily tasks

It was easy to use out of the gate. Trainings were offered to help develop larger scale projects.

Not much yet, I haven't had the time to explore everything.

Project planning and tracking across multiple teammates.
Chaos Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to give myself deadlines! Not only can I keep everything in order, but Asana will remind me when it's time for me to act on items. This helps me keep priorities in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only dislike I have is the time it is taking for me to learn how to best utilize Asana! It's very user-friendly, but there is a bit of a learning curve to get started and wean myself off of my current process. I look forward to everything being streamlined in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is making my to-list much sleeker, simpler, and easier to tackle! It is less of a color-coded disaster on a sticky note, and instead, a beautiful platform that keeps everything up to date for me! Think of going from a paper calendar to using Google calendar. That's what Asana has done for my To-Do list!

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility ,The clean interface and intuitive navigation make it easy for new users to get started and become productive quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has lots of great features, but if you use too many at once, your projects can become overly complicated and hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicate and share information easily.Work smarter, not harder!

I like how organized it is with every task and keeping my emails low regarding a certain task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much I dislike, I wish I saw a chat box somewhere in my screen to keep constant tabs on on my current week tasks rather then getting an email as emails get burried.

I am not sure what problems it is solving, but I feel it will benefit me in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization and the online tutorials with real time feedback keep user moving forward.

When i move create complete or add a task i recieve a notification every time

Recieving workplace maintenance requests from all service providers in all of our locations is key
Asana is a Game Changer for our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana can be used simply, or you can dive deeper into your Tasks and Timelines and use their Features. Asana allows you to customize for your Business and your specific department. We use Asana across all departments of our Website & Brand Agency. I specifically work in the Finance department, and being able to create a board of resources, and tasks and plan out our annual deadlines in Asana makes planning more efficient. My favourite feature is developing a Priority on a Task and then adding in all Sub-tasks required for completion to different Team Members and Due Dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of additional features and ways to view and use Asana, it will take a little bit of time to become familiar and integrate it into your Workflow. Just like any other Tool, you get back what you put into it.

Tracking Deadlines, Recurring Tasks, Assigning Tasks, Delegating
I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it very easy to stay connected every single day on where myself and my team are at on projects. It was easy to learn and customize, and I stay motivated to check off tasks and color code them by project for ease of viewing. I coudn't stay motivated in my job without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing I dislike about Asana is in the calendar view. I wish the default included weekends and that I didn't have to manually check the box every time.

Visual planning, assigning and delegating work to myself and my team, keeping and organizing details for projects and tasks.
