Solid unifier of tasks, projects & communication
What do you like best about the product?
that it handles all Capture, Create and Track functions so elegantly

communication and tracking, ive seen other organizers but these features are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a very easy to use and hlpful platform to create and track action items. Its very sophisticated so you can go into a lot of detail or you can keep it simple. Depends on the need or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that you can easily repeat items and dupliocate tasks without having to do double the work. Very efficient. Training is very thourough and you can attnd live training or watch videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the information to multiple people in an effective and organized way. Easy to see when the projects are being worked on and where there is a stall. This helps our team stay on track and work on items that wre more important than others with prioritization.
Perfect for small teams - powerful integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. No Long learning necessary. Quite Self explanatory. Even offers decent features on free plan. Customer Support is very responsive. We had Jira before, which was totally overpowered for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow don't like the playfulness, but that's more a personal thing I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily keep track of project progress. Nice commincation features as we integrate it with Slack. Super easy to quickly create tasks based on slack communications
BEST AND ESSENTIAL TOOL FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT FIELD
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Asana for the last two years and I can say that my experience with this software is generally positive, simply it is an effective tool for managing tasks and projects.
Asana is the only project management tool that I use for my internal team processes and it's essential to my digital agency.
I like the interface is clean,User-friendly and intuitive. It's the best even for beginners as for my learning curve was quick when i started using it and i really enjoy.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things to dislike, considering most project management software takes time to set up and can be costly.

Uou get to see ehat you have worked do far along, it skso goves what are opdates on work fone and work left to do.

Lot of reminders, lot of emails on updates, too much transparency at times.

It is giving regular update to manager about the work i do on daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
This was my first accessing AND using Asana. The trainer was engaging, informative, and provided an interactive space for us as participants to not only see the program, but to use it in real time. The examples were appropriate for a novice user, and he did check-ins along the way to make sure we were tracking well with the material. I will be using this system as a part of my everyday workflow, so I can appreciate having a tool to assist me with being more efficient. I also appreciated the Q&A that was addressed live but his support team. This was an excellent session and I will be sure to attend additional trainings offered through the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
None to note at this time. I think that as I learn the system more, I may be able to provide feedback here, but I'm hoping I won't need to report dislikes.

Having a collaborative tool to use across all of the projects that I manage within my role.
Asana structures work, provides visibility, and it's cute!

It provides many possibilities to automate reptitive tasks, give a bird's eye view of what's going on and keeps everyone informed

It can be difficult to get people onboard, if they already have their own way of working

Creating checklists with task templates ensures that I don't forget any important element in my recurring tasks
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and there is lots of training in different ways. I love the ability to automate using workflows and using templates for repetative tasks. Easy to integrate with Microsoft Teams. Great customer service. I can't wait to continue to use it daily and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a division admin I don't have access to see who has created portfolios. We have limited amount of them and it would be nice to know who created what so I would reach out and help manage the number. The only other thing is having to purchase in groups of 10 licenses. We are a smaller org and having to pay 10 when only needing one more can be hard on the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams are able to more easily organize tasks, report on status and collaborate with other teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Asana for both my professional and personal tasks, as it allows me to view everything in one place. It's incredibly user-friendly, from the initial setup to daily use.

What's not to like?! Please keep updating and adding new tools/resources - they're so helpful
