Easy to manage all your work projects, tasks and timelines in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has always been very easy for me and my colleagues to organize projects. As a dev, I usually spend my day going through my tasks on Asana, its simple and everything stays at one place. I am able to return to the task even after months, as it is easy to navigate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was able to find a way to split tasks when more than 1 person is working on it, but then both tasks become independent, and they don't sync with each other. I wish there is a way to assign one single task to more than 1 person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of disorganized communication as now Im able to find the right communication in the right project space. Asana is easier for project collaboration with clients as clients can track and get to know where the devs are in terms of timeline.

Essential Tool for Event Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Asana as my living to-do list. The ability to add sections is a feature I appreciate, and I love that all communications and materials for a task are kept together. It's pretty straightforward to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to duplicate a task and mark everything as incomplete AND to be able to add a new date and have Asana update the due dates for that new event date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for event management, helping me collaborate across and within teams, and keep track of details.
Very useful and not complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I love the use of forms. People from other departments can look up each asana board and request new items.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the app for desktop: I wish I could split screen to see other boards at the same time. If that is either acutal split screen or view x tab in a new window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana I was primarily using documents and post-its to keep track of my tasks. Asana is benefiting me by being able to collaborate with others in my department and outside of my department. It is also resolving how I view task management.

With asana we are easly able to schedule ALL of our projects and see not only individual timelines but also the deadlines of the whole team. Easly share documents and feedback

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly Asana Intelligence is the in-thing in Project Management! No more fumbling with strategic planning. Now we've got a sure-fire base to work with, based on historical performance, real-time data, risk assessment and critical goals. Now even more than before, implementation, integration and features are guided by AI. Strategic planning, coordination and management has just got easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
With AI implementation, things have got absolutely easier. Plus, there's always its outstanding user support. Can't complain.

Now with AI, there's strategic planning, coordination, management, that's more assured and reliable. No more guesswork. Now outcomes have improved, operations better streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize and separate project building that keeps my team connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restrictions with rule implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rule limitations, there have been updates to how we can use rules that has been effective for our teams' use.
Keeping Your Work Life Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team functions like an in-house public relations, events planning and marketing agency for a large nonprofit. We take and process requests from multiple departments, some with short turnaround and some with longevity. Some projects also have extensive outside vendor involvment. Being able to bring all of those moving parts under one umbrella to collaborate across teams, and even outside of our organization with partner vendors to stay on track with projects, provide real-time feedback and edits, and meet deadlines has been simply incredible. Before organization-wide adoption of Asana, this would've involved countless email changes, notebooks, and a myriad of spreadsheets, and files all over the place. Trying to keep things straight--especially during the height of our very busy fundraising campaign season was a nightmare before we had the task management system that Asana provides to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a tool problem. But we organizationally have had some challenges with individual teams or departments who have been slower to adapt or implement Asana into their work flow. This has presented challenges at times in keeping things moving along as you'd like when others aren't in the system checking for progress and responding to requests as needed. I do think the inbox feature could be improved a bit. Sometimes it gets so cluttered it's hard to find what's new and needs your attention now--especially if you're coming back from being out of the office for any extended period of time. I don't have any strong feelings about what would make this better, I can only share that sometimes it's been tough to weed through and find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, really just being able to have a solid workflow and established timelines has been huge. We have used the feedback feature with our contracted graphic designer a lot. It's been a tremendous asset in being able to clearly illustrate what changes we need to be made and getting those things addressed in a timely and efficient manner. It's also just a great way to have one place to keep everything, versus having multiple programs or places to track various projects and components of them.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbooks Online surpassed our expectations by efficiently onboarding and transferring our company's data from an offline program. Aside from that, QuickBooks has consistently served as our preferred accounting and invoicing tool. It is user-friendly and easy to install, with a clear focus on mobility. The software is reasonably priced, reliable, and offers flexible integrations along with 24/7 customer support. The platform also enables direct collaboration with clients, facilitating the sharing of information, financial discussions, and addressing any questions. In summary, QuickBooks Online proves to be the ultimate solution for managing financial transactions. Well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
In my view, the major disadvantage is its limited availability solely on the internet. Absence of internet access or an unstable connection can leave one in a disadvantageous position. There are instances where the system may seem sluggish, but this is an issue that can be resolved. Personally, I desire an alternative that is more reasonably priced, as even the most basic choice appears to be quite costly.

By having the ability to access financial data in real-time from any location, it greatly assists me in fostering collaboration with clients and delivering current insights, thus improving the efficiency, collaboration, and overall effectiveness of managing my clients' financial matters.

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana I can have clarity on tasks, it facilitates collaboration and communication between teams, and allows efficient tracking of progress. Its flexible features are a key advantage. It allows you to assign tasks, set deadlines, share files and keep all team members updated on the status of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite useful although a bit complex to understand at first but then it becomes intuitive and you get excited about creating projects and tasks.

Asana is ideal as it helps me maintain organization, clarity and efficiency in projects by centralizing information and tasks.
