What do you like best about the product?
How verstile and customizable it is. I really apprecaite the numerous and quick help videos available and the productivity webinar that allowed us to work in our Asana account in real time with real help! That is TRUE customer support.
Thanks for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Asana is the many different capabilities there are so in the begininning it was definitely overwhelming BUT thankfully my leader was able to provide baby steps and then guide us to Asana's help desk for further information which helped me feel more confident to figure it out, rather than depend on her every second I wanted to create a project or task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feeling of overwhelm!! I would frequently think, I had SOOOO MUCH to get done and as soon as I organized the steps (tasks) and assign the to others, everything began to flow with ease and I was excited to work!

Great Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Asana is to learn and navigate. There are plenty of tools and options for my team so that we can easily collaborate while having tailored views for each individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few functions that would be great to improve on like some of the date automation and if they could add spell check function that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps provide a full picture on project scopes in one easy place. One of our bigger issues is communication flow and sticking to standard process and Asana has helped with thier task tools with dependencies. Now we have a visual on what things are completed and how other tasks are blocked and its helps us stick to our processess more closly and see where we ahve room to imrpoved.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Project aspect of Asana. I love that you can use due dates to help keep all assigned parties on track. I check my task list daily, and it helps make sure I get everything on my plate done. Additionally, I have been loving the new ai features and have started implementing their use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not utalized customer support yet for asana. Perhaps I could use more guides and asynchronous support to make sure I am using Asana to the best of my ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hugely solving deadlines and project elements. We are also able to use templates and projects we have built for future initiatives, allowing us not to reinvent the wheel when we are leading up to the next cycles.

Great for Organization Management

What do you like best about the product?
Asana continues to stay true to its minimalist approach, simplifying organization and project management. It also provides a great range of tools and features that help individuals and teams stay organized, on task, and coordinated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to ensure that Asana implements AI technology without it becoming an overwhelming feature that serves too many purposes while doing none of them well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to keep our tasks, notes, and relevant documents in a clean, convenient environment. It also allows for better flow and visualization of tasks.

Asana is an excellent tool for managing teams of any size

What do you like best about the product?
We've increased our usage of Asana to include more robust automation - the AI assistant makes it easy to turn "hopes and dreams" into functional automations (that can easily be tweaked as need be). We use the portfolios to more easily understand our work by client and can also pull valuable statistics about SLA and response time from the ticketing board.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have more capability to sort and filter work based on different criteria. The biggest challenge we face to utilize the software is finding out how other people have done it. The AI helps, and I also regularly check out forums and community groups to learn more - if this could be integrated with app directly that would certainly help speed up that process!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves for many issues for our agency. The primary is solving for communication across our team and managing all of the deadlines that come with our many tasks.

The perfect project management software

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with co-workers across teams. Not to mention, the rules on project boards make it super easy to stay on top of tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides so far, other than a few additional rule capabilities that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with cross-functional collaboration and task management within my own team!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana at home and work to help me and my colleagues stay on top of all our tasks. It's easy to use, easy to set up and implement across the various teams and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana doesn't have a 2-way connection with Outlook, so calendar appointments have to be manually added and updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to keep track of many projects, each involving several people

I like how easy it is to customize - it has been nearly seamless to take projects that require multiple users and designate roles and tasks

The timeline tool is not as customizeable as I would like

Provides great visibility into work load for my employees - this is really useful when I go to delegate other tasks
