What do you like best about the product?
I can use it as much or as little as I want, and it is fully customizable to ensure that I keep track of everything in a way that makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only single thing is that I wish you could see recently compelted tasks and upcoming tasks on one page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have so many tasks to do that I would have no way of keep tracking of otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very ease to use, integration and implement. I like its feature for project management task. Asana supports multiple platform. For organizational task i frequently use Asana. its customer support service is very attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about dislike ASANA. I like most of the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us to manage any project and collaborate with other team in our organization.

Prefect work management platform for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Asana and it changed my working style. From managing my tasks in Notepad to providing an organizing platform, it's an amazing journey. Also, it is very easy to use and implement in day-to-day work. The level of support is also very helpful for this platform. I mostly use this every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every platform has limitations in my opinion but to keep working on it for improvement is important. In Asana, storage and collaboration limitations are the problems that I face. For example, any task has only one assignee but if we are working in a team then this will be a problem. I am hoping this problem will be fixed soon for the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a very user-friendly and helpful tool to manage your tasks. With Asana I can manage my tasks easily and assign them as well. It will help them to task the status as well Also, with Asana I can set task goals for my team members and track progress as well. For me, the highlighting feature of Asana is its notification alert. The support is very active, whenever I face any issue they are available to support me.

exorbitant, confusing monthly prices, terrible customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is fine as a basic project management platform with somewhat functable google calendar integration.

Asana's pricing system is not clear from the onset, and I landed with a $152 monthly fee as a small business. Asana also recently ended their customer service email, so to get service you have to use their AI chat bot. After being charged my first $152 fee, I assumed I had mistakenly signed up for an annual fee - because it was so much more than the program advertised as a monthly fee. By the second monthly the fee landed, I reached out to customer service to request my account be cancelled and the amount refunded. Despite reaching out immediately, Asana notified me they would not refund the amount charged. Then the "gave me a 2 month free trial" instead of cancelling my account. Today I find another $152 fee on my account, and again am refused a refund.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a waste of money and intnetionally easy to upcharge, and complicated to cancel

Built in notifications. The ability to add deadlines, other team members and track the progress of important tasks or projects

Can take some time to get buy in and adoption.

An all in one place for projects, timelines and tasks which provides accountability and team visibility and leads to more productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with most other apps that I use and how it is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features tied behind paid plans, but this is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me keep track of both what I need to do and what is still outstanding in any project I am working on. It gives me the ability to assign tasks from other apps and keep on top of what my colleagues are doing as well.

All in all it is a very handy tool for keeping everything on track and running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very intuitive tool to navigate and use, and it made it super easy to manage and prioritize your workload according to your business's particular set of importance criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some very cool features that were locked behind a higher level of paywall which meant that we didn't get the full Asana experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me track progress of my projects and enables me to collaborate my projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has multiple features like project management tool and more. They also have the best customer service systems and l love the way Asana has made integration easy.

Asana saves me time cause it is a all in one platform so I just love it.

Asana helps me save time and effort or struggles because they built a all in one platform which enables me to work at ease cause every tool I need to work Asana has it all.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Asana to manage projects in my industry. The thing that stands out most is how it simplifies task management, making progress easy to track and deadlines easier to make. Its focus on teamwork and capability for clearly delineating tasks make it a great productivity tool. Being able to look Asana and see at a glance where my team is in terms of project milestones, that's absolutely critical for hitting our objectives. This aspect of Asana has significantly sped up our workflow and keeps us on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
But some parts of Asana are irritating. Especially when you have a lot of tasks and collaborators to handle, the interface sometimes feels crowded. This makes it difficult to quickly find specific functions, which can be a detriment in cases of urgency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thank you, Asana; solving issues of task management and collaboration with my team has been no problem. This has made communication and delegation of tasks more convenient, which in turn helps us work faster. This efficiency is crucial in our pressured environment of rapid development; through its efforts we can meet more projects on time (and with less stress) than other companies.
