Asana - Useful if Entire Team is Implementing
What do you like best about the product?
Good for organizing and managing projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to get my team on board to use this product when we are also using tools like Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team attempted to use this product to manage new projects, which would theorhetically be helpful - however it did not replace our use of Hubspot and tended to add more work

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency in assignment of responsibilities to team members and organization of travel-related tasks .
It helped in creating projects where one is able to break down tasks into actionable items such as setting dates, assigning each team members responsibilities. The collaboration features enabled everyone to he on the same page.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana requires a stable internet connection as it is a cloud based tool and users face limitations and disruptions especially if one is offline. All in all it has aided a lot so far.
Also the pricing in premium features are on the higher side compared to other competitors.

It enables seamless collaboration of team members where people can contribute to tasks, share updates and real time feedback is possible.

It is easy to build out a project plan and assign specific actions to individuals.

While it is great for project planning, it lacks specific features that are needed when you using the tool for R&D

Comprehensive but Approachable Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how wasy it is to organize tasks and implement them within descrete projects. I'll find myself setting up and referencing task updates fequently and I'll leverage the numerous ways to organize a project to keep it all in line with my teammates.

I wish they'd go deeper on how filters and automations can work.

Keeping our dozens of product tasks in order so we can keep a organized plan in place.
Best and Convenient Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has multiple feature's which assist me in my daily projects management.

For now I just love Asana cause it helps me on my daily activities and it helps me save my time

Time and confusion of tasks. Asana has the best work management organization which helps me save time and now l don't confuse my duties that l have to do because Asana has multiple feature's which assist me.
A really good overall work management software

Pageproof integrations and Calendar views. A great time to be a member as they are currently in a fast phase in terms of releasing new product features and automation.

No portal, no SLA system preset. Still a lot to go in terms of features and automation.

Workload and capacity issues.
Asana keeps us on task and super organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana continues to be an amazing tool for us. We have been utilizing it more recently to see the bandwidth of staff, so we can see where we can be more efficient and improve workflow. It has helped the workflow at the agency immensely. I don't know what we would do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a great while, there is an outage, and it really does hinder workflow. However, that really talks to how much we depend on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, on-time task completion, time tracking spent on tasks, and employee accountability. All of these things allow us to complete items on time, accountable and collaboratively.

The Calendar is a list based one so it is hard to tell how long tasks will take.
