Do not put it with your production related service
Nice product, but terrible service/support.
We've been with Asana for three years, but it turns out that once the system is running well, it was great. If the system run into problem, there is NO support at all even we were spending more than $100K per year on this product.
1. No one was responding your request with production system malfunction.
2. Someone else from other tenant can instruct support tomodify your tenant's content
3. It is quite helpless once all of your end users were complain to you that Asana wasn't available although there is no one from Asana you can contact with.
Overall nice product, but terrible service. So you can't rely on it.

What do you like best about the product?
By integrating it into my work process, I can improve collaboration, increase productivity, and have greater oversight of the different aspects of my advertising campaigns. Its user-friendly interface, quick implementation, reliable support and adaptable integration options allow me to foster collaboration by utilizing its extensive features, such as comments and attachments, to share important documents, receive feedback, and provide updates on advertising projects. This ensures efficient communication and helps me stay organized in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there may be a slight drawback in the inability to access certain features without a paid subscription, the vast array of features available with the free plan is truly remarkable. Additionally, it is worth highlighting that customer support is readily available and dedicated to solving any issues that may arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Asana, I am able to prioritize tasks effectively and promptly address the important aspects of my advertising operations. This allows me to efficiently manage my workload and improve collaboration with others. Asana also enhances project visibility, optimizes resource allocation, and provides me with tools to plan and manage my campaigns efficiently.
Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent project management tool - it's aesthetically pleasing, easy to organize depending on how you work best, and allows for easy collaboration within and between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync between Asana and other tools could be better. While it seems to sync well with things like Slack, the sync with Google Calendar is mediocre at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps our entire organization on the same page and allows the various teams to track their progress towards OKRs. It also allows individuals to manage their daily activities and tie them back to company objectives.

You Cannot Assign Multiple People to the Same Task , project gets comoplex sometimes.

Asana provides an excellent platform for increasing collaboration in a team.If you are working on a project that includes sensitive or confidential data, Asana can help you protect that data.
'Has the bells and whistles for Revenue-driven work!'
What do you like best about the product?
It is up there in terms of capability to organize work with roi in mind. Loaded with features and functions to get a team across the line. Definitely we use it a lot in our management of tasks. We implemented it to drive business outcomes and it hasn't disappointed. It integrates beautifully with apps in the cloud and easy to use once you get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wasn't easy getting the hang of it at the start. But i overcame that hurdle. I have experienced glitches. The cost issue is obviously high. But generally it is a top ranking task manager. With reliable user support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me as a Manager, definitely its been key in task management, workflow management and team management. Key in keeping everyone on the ball, towards a tangible end and roi.

This tool is very helpful for managing the product in an organized way. The UI of the tool is very impressive. We can see our task in a single place.

It is not an open-source tool. This tool is expensive compared to other similar software.

Making collaboration and project management much easier. Deadlines, notifications, visibility, and organization are all much easier through Asana.
