What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my project Management Tool of Choice. I have been able to keep multiple projects running and well-managed because of Asana. Training and Integrating Asana with Google Workspace and Hubspot has made my life even better.
A user friendly Project Management system
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it, its pretty easy to use and user friendly. It helps us to keep things organized and projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets costly very fast and can be difficult to figure out account details and the reasons that things get so pricey. I had quite a few back and forths with their support to try to figure it out and I was still confused at thee end of it. So, Asana is not that scalable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to keep all of our client projects straight, keep specific collaborators within each project, use due dates etc to keep everyone on track. We use the Milestones feature to track how things are moving, etc. We are able to see for each client where their project is and what roadblocks there may be, etc.
Intuitive and Inclusive
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use for everyone, not just the IT folks. I found it easy to onboard business users into the tool witout having to give them a tour of the product. It's a great tool for keeping project communication organized. Owing to the integration with email, everything that's written on the tool, also goes out as email to the relevant stakeholders, which means it serves as a centralized repository of information without trying to bypass our email addiction. :-)
All project documentation can be stored with the project at the relevant task level, so there is no need to go searching in multiple libraries.
The rules and workflow features are useful for automating repeating activities.
Overall, I would recommend Asana for anyone who is managing a continuous stream of small and medium-sized projects, as well as those who manage repetitive request-based tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike except the fact that it's not yet a product for managing programs, i.e. a large project with sub-projects and multiple workstreams that are interdependent.
There are no features for measuring how much a project has shifted from its original plan, i.e. original dates vs. revised dates.
I am hoping that these are somewhere in the product roadmap.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides structure in an environment where earlier there was no distinction between a project and an operational bug fix. We no longer lose track of work that came via email. There is a better management of the work queue and therefore, a better way to manage customer expectations.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping everyone on track and getting notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Tag system quickly becomes a confusing eye-sore, not enough colours to choose from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everyone on track, ensures weekly project meetings are structured.
Good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to assign tasks is very helpful for understanding ownership.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to organize things into tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy to see outstanding items all in one place.
Great platform for organization of large projects
What do you like best about the product?
I do like the organization features and keeping the team in the loop
What do you dislike about the product?
I think with AI becoming more prevalent in our everyday I don't actually use Asana as much since Co-pilot and Chatgpt can build projects for me so I'm not using it as much to be honest. I don't need to be using 10 different platforms to do my work and organize products now that AI can do that for me outside of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of large projects, keeping each other accountable, checklists and "to do's"
Good platform -
What do you like best about the product?
The various layouts of the platform are interesting. I personally prefer the list view to track my tasks, but most of my team prefers the timeline view due to the visuals: better seeing the sub-tasks attched to each project. We have started using Asana recently so we are still exploring it, but it looks promising. We use it during our weekly team calls to stay on top of projects. The reminders and being able to communicate/respond directly from the email notifications is really great. No one has an excuse for missing a task or sharing their thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, we found that Asana offers poor customer service. It took numerous chats and emails to get an answer.
As mentioned, we are new users so it will be interesting to see once we upgraded if we will get any support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using various excel sheets and Teams to monitor projects and it became too confusing. Some team members wouldnt be working with the latest file and that created problems, mainly delays. Within Asana, we can include the project directly or redirect to the proper file location. There is no more pinging colleagues to ask them when they are done with their portion. Management has a clear view of what team members are working on. And more.
Nice project management tool both for business and private life
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use, there are enough features to cover most of the use-cases (e.g., templates for project handling, workflow boards for Kanban & Scrum etc.), can be applied to almost every use-case no matter it's a business problem or private life and last but not least - it's visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your business requires comprehensive workflows, custom automations like in Jira - Asana is not the best choice. I would say, Asana is more applicable for small-mid teams without any rocket-science workflows or team collaborations. Most probably non-tech team will profit them most from Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I both using it for business & private life.
Starting from business, I use it as a task manager for my day-to-day tasks, use it as project tracker tool for couple of projects and use it as collaborative workflow tool with 1 designer. It covers all the aforementioned jobs with ease and doesn't require any comprehensive and time-consuming setting of the boards.
As for my private life: I use it as a "so-called" GTD tool, where I sort my private tasks, track them and prioritize.

Great for creative projects
What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly Interface, Task and Project Management possibilities, Customizable Workflows, Communication and Collaboration, Notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, lack of online access, can be overwhelming for new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the marketing clothing industry, where marketing campaigns and graphics projects are essential for success, Asana's ability to centralize the project progress, foster collaboration and communication, as well as ability to link in atachments in a form of different file formats was great!
Niche for Agile Team management
What do you like best about the product?
I was assigned PMO office to manage multiple projects with Devops, Operations, and the Projects team.
My problem was taking feedback from team members and engaging the required resources.
Asana resolved this issue, by adding a team member as in easy steps.
whereas taking a feed from the development team is very easy,

What do you dislike about the product?
THE APPLICATION IS THE BEST, HOWEVER, BUILT IN TAMPLETS, AND FREE STUFF ARE AVAILABLE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In large organizations/enterprises - handling multimillion-dollar project execution is an uphill battle The PMO office is 10/10 busy coordinating the teams and managing communication., the product owner. different teams work on different isolated tasks or work in silos. Only very little information is available to others for coordination sometimes close coordination b/w teams, sections, and departments is inevitable.
With Asana I got a single unit platform which provides me help to monitor and manage my team, and the tasks directly. I would say "It is a bridge b/w team and their managers,
