Managing multiple client projects at once is easy with Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Our teams can manage everything with the help of Asana, including business goals, digital transformation, new product launches, and marketing activities. It also gives us the ability to track the status of our projects and provide comprehensive analytics and reports on how progress towards goals is being achieved in real time.
Asana is quite adaptable, allowing teams to customize it to their preferences and requirements and increasing its versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana offers a ton of options and customization capabilities, which can be disconcerting to first-time users.
Asana's premium features can be expensive and may not be available to smaller businesses or individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to design effective cross-functional workflows.
Workflow management.
Multi-home project capability on dashboards for each department.
Possibility of assigning different colors to tasks according to their importance.
Creation of subtasks to break down large projects.
Monitoring and analysis of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to track all my current tasks, attach a hierarchy to block certain tasks from being created and make completing and assigning tasks easier and more entertaining!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes feel quite messy depending on how many tasks there are to do, especially in calendar view. As a new asana user, this might be down to user experience and with more regular use, can figure out if there's any tips/tricks to sort this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us understand task priority and progress like no other task tracking platform. We are able to plan accordingly and update with detail, being able to assign each task to a user.

Very practice for teamwork

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to separate tasks bout a subject and to create a new project. Easy to configure and use for any new user of the platform. For now, we use the free version, and it's perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't put a task for two people. We have to duplicate that task and apply another name to this duplicate. It's the only thing because we don't currently use all the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have all the tasks at the same place. All employees have a notebook with some notes about the project. Now, all the status of a project is available in real-time.

What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for tasks and other things like getting requests resolved.

What is most valuable?

The only thing I love about the product is that it is beautiful. The application itself is fine. I love the widgets, colors and everything. The user interface is just fine.

What needs improvement?

The user interface is so busy. It took me quite some time to understand how to navigate my way around the product. The application itself is busy. There’s so much information on it. When we log in to Asana, we have so many icons, and it is difficult to understand how to find things. The user interface is not easily accessible. The product must reduce the information on the interface. The solution has more color and fewer applications.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for eight months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate the solution’s stability a five out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I rate the product’s scalability a five out of ten.

How are customer service and support?

I had to contact support because the application is always busy. When we assign a request, it takes time to get feedback. It takes time even to get information about the request we raised because there are so many applications and so many icons we have to click.

How was the initial setup?

If customers buy the product for their company, they will need a lot of training to understand how it works. The product needs to improve this.

What other advice do I have?

I'm willing to work. However, if I don't get my requests, it means there's nothing I'm doing. The solution is suited for companies with less number of employees. For bigger companies that have around 50 employees, it won’t work because we will have to create many teams, and everything is on that interface.

We will have to understand how to navigate. The product is suitable for someone who is used to applications and can easily understand how the features work. The product is difficult for customer support or salespeople who are not into programming. Overall, I rate the product a five out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
A fantastic project management tool is Asana. It is user-friendly, adaptable, collaborative, and reasonably priced. Even for those without experience using project management software, Asana is simple to use.
It is adaptable and effective for managing a variety of projects.
It fosters collaboration and makes it simple to work on projects with others.
It interacts with various products, making it simple to consolidate all of your work in one location.
It is inexpensive and offers a free plan that is ideal for small teams or single users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature might be improved. Finding tasks or projects might be challenging, especially if Asana has a lot of data.
Some functions are missing from the mobile app, and using it on small screens might be challenging.
The reporting tools are not particularly strong. The reporting capabilities of Asana are not as strong as those of some of the other project management applications available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asan enhances its reporting features, mobile app, and search functionality, making things easier in the future. And not having a timeline view and absence of a built-in time monitoring feature

Efficient and simple task tracking tool

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main advantages of Asana is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and use. The tool is also customizable, allowing users to create their own projects and tasks based on their specific needs. Plus, Asana has it's own mobile application if users are not at their desk sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a free version available at Asana, many of the more advanced features are only available with a paid subscription. Also, Asana might well or not integrate with other CRM softwares and can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From its overwhelming interface to its pricing structure and limited integration options, there are certainly areas where Asana could improve to better meet the needs of its users.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI and very straightforward. I love that we can create templates. It saves us a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I just couldn't duplicate project templates right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being on top of all activities as it's easy to navigate Asana. It shows right away what the priorities for the day are and sends out email summary too.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is its user-friendly design, comprehensive features, and ability to help me manage projects with ease. The availability of insights allows me to analyse my team's performance over time and keeps everyone working towards similar goals. In addition, the repeating task option helps automate mundane tasks so that resources can be used more effectively elsewhere in the project timeline. Finally, integrated communication tools optimise collaboration between teams by allowing instant discussions without leaving the platform - increasing transparency within a business venture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Asana limits attachments to 1MB, especially for high bandwidth media. Also, the lack of task or project-level tags makes it difficult to organise larger projects and subtasks in a single view. A Kanban board perspective would be helpful here. Finally, there is not enough flexibility when creating new tasks - adding multiple files of different sizes should be more intuitive than it currently is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was struggling to keep track of tasks and deadlines. Asana has helped me to identify the areas I need to focus on and to be notified when tasks are due so that nothing falls through the cracks. It benefits me because it helps me maintain my productivity by making sure things don't fall through the cracks.
