Long winded promises never delivered

simple Ui, nothing else, erm, looks pretty but so do others

Absolutly abysmal ROI, there are so many better options out there for free too half the price, who on earth wants to 'upgrade' for basic features

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana offers a comprehensive project and task management solution. It helps make the process of organising tasks simple and efficient by providing daily updates on current efforts as well as weekly reports on upcoming schedules. Its modular approach allows us to track team progress in real time, while also helping us build accountability across multiple people within our organisation. All in all, Asana is an invaluable tool for ensuring that projects stay on track and tasks don't slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Asana's interface forces you to navigate through each tab to see all of your tasks. It would be much better if there was a way for me to keep track of everything I need to do at once, and not being able to see my progress instantly on each tab makes it difficult when I need to double-check or revise completed tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of inefficient group and company communication. With its real-time monitoring capabilities, I'm able to clearly see progress updates on tasks without having to send unnecessary messages or set up redundant meetings.

I have come to love Asana for its ability to save me time and keep me organised. Its easy-to-use interface is great for business teams that need a central platform to stay connected while quickly sharing files, tasks, updates and messages with their team members without spending money on other project management software solutions. Everything from assigning responsibilities to tracking progress can be done in one place, making it easy to collaborate across departments at any time from any device accessible to the programme's users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of comprehensive reporting and difficulty modifying existing master projects in Asana. It's difficult to accurately report on projects without a due date, so I think it would be beneficial for them to implement a metric system for regularly tracking updates. In addition, making changes or adding more work to ongoing projects should become easier with Asana's improved usability features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I can easily keep track of all tasks and communications for our team. This ensures that no project or task is overlooked, saving us both time and effort in staying organised. It also helps create accountability between team members, so nothing slips past them.

Best project management tool I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for teams to collaborate in Asana and that it also gives me a personal view of my upcoming tasks as well as an inbox view so I can see any tasks or notes I've been tagged in. I especially like that I can add a task to multiple boards and that it's easy to link to important documents or add attachments directly to a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to control which notifications I get via email. I feel like sometimes I get emails for tasks that I am not a part of and I'm not sure why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team and allows me to manage my personal workload and tasks more effectively.
Asana- A very efficient Task Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very easy-to-use tool for tracing the task and project Progress, Not only it allows us to add and check the timely progress but also provides a good chatting environment to have discussions at a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana do provides performance summaries in the form of some Dashboards, which are good, but still, there is a lot of scope for improvement. Also downloading the data in the form of spreadsheets directly will be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me in adding my project details and getting inputs from my Leads at a single place, They can very easily track project progress and let me know their feedback, Timelines are defined in a straight-forward manner, which allows me to do a better project planning.

Asana helps with project management. Convenient and intuitive, it allows the addition of members to a project, step scheduling, and the useful feature that allows you to divide a project into stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is somewhat limited under some functions, however, it is a software in development with great likelihood of growth. Some bugs are present. The graphical interface is not entirely user friendly

Asana helped solve the difficult and often confusing project management. The ability to participate with different accounts in the project makes it more straightforward to understand everyone's roles for each individual task
Non Comparable Project Management Tool worth acquisition.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana not only did it help me to manage my daily work projects but also my personal tasks.Makes your day more productive since all repetitive tasks are automated and easy to deal with them at ease.It is easy to learn ,operate and implement every person I have shown Asana has loved it and were able to use it quickly without having any learning class.Alot of customization is available that adapt to every need of the company.

Task Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Creating new Projects and assigning Tasks to them can be done in minutes, even if done from scratch. If you're innovative and set up templates, your new work stream can be active in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes improvements (what the designers think) to the UI will catch you out. Just when you think you have mastered everything, they change the functionality and location of things. It can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of delivering both CX activities to our end customers and managing SDM reporting activities internally, we needed a fluid and agile task management application that was lightweight, easy to set up and use, and could collaborate across the organisation.
