Efficient Task Management Made Easy with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can efficiently manage tasks and projects in a team setting. Its user-friendly interface and customizable options make it the best choice for individuals and organizations looking to streamline their workflow. Additionally, its integrations with other tools and its mobile app make it accessible and convenient for users on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its numerous features are overwhelming, and it may take time to utilize its capabilities thoroughly. It also has limited integration options compared to other project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize tasks and projects into lists, boards, and calendars for clear visibility and prioritization; assign tasks and deadlines to team members, enabling teamwork and collaboration; Track progress and receive updates in real-time, keeping everyone informed and on the same page; Store and share files, attachments, and information related to tasks and projects in one place.
An ok platform for your planification

Asana: The guide to successful project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana makes initiating and managing collaborative projects efficient and stress-free. The platform ensures that task reminders are created with minimal effort, while workload balancing between team members is seamless to execute. Rather than having to organise new tasks every month for a specific position, I appreciate how users or groups can be divided into sub-groups within the app to facilitate more productive task sharing. What's more, it's easy to make further adjustments as feedback from stakeholders becomes available thanks to the user-friendly layout, which allows us to easily switch between different teams/activities and add personnel as needed without disrupting existing plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real problems with Asana, but I would appreciate a more visual representation of the overall project and my individual efforts. The layout of the application could use some refinement to make it more comparable to competing solutions, but this is probably just a minor quibble on my part. Otherwise, Asana seems comprehensive enough to meet our team's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager, I benefit from Asana by being able to keep track of everyone's work and stay on top of deadlines. This saves me time in the long run because information is easy to find and access when I need it.
Great productive tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Asana is how great it's been in terms of productivity management, especially for hybrid/remote teams. Due to the nature of such teams, it can be a bit tricky getting everyone together to adequately manage how each project is going however with Asana, you can just check into the Kanban boards or the timeline to see how everyone is doing and if things are running along as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say a downside of using Asana from when I last used it is that it doesn't allow for multiple people to be assigned to a task simultaneously. This disadvantage actually caused me to switch to an alternative because my work is very team oriented so this is a vital feature for me to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Asana was solving for me was being able to delegate tasks to people within my team as well as seeing how certain projects are doing in terms of its timeline.
Easy to use, some advanced features
What do you like best about the product?
This was great to manage a 30-person ERP implementation across multiple phases and years. I liked the task groupings and easy commenting and reassignments. The ability to tag people and have email or mobile app notifications was great too! Very visually appealing and intuitive software even for non tech users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file storage was lacking when I used it in 2021. A single repository and all files and no folders or sorting. Searchable, for sure, but this wasn't like a SharePoint too. I would have liked that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's getting rid of task spreadsheets on a project and allowing them to be easily flipped around and viewed live by anyone at any time. We have complete visibility into tasks, overdue items, and people's workload.
Amazing project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me stay super organized and allows me to collaborate with various teams. I love this product and don't know how I'd live without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many negative things to say about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our teams collaborate more efficiently, as well as keep my own tasks organized.
The ultimate workgroup and project management solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the most valuable feature of Asana is its adaptability. With customisable boards, my team can quickly track and manage each project in one place - a huge improvement over previous methods! With easy-to-use projects, teams have a better way to communicate task details and quickly access updates on the progress or status of any given project. Ultimately, this reduces wasted time by eliminating back-and-forth emails or other inefficient tracking mechanisms from our workflow process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the free tier of Asana imposes such severe limitations, preventing users from hosting an unlimited number of guests. Although Asana is fantastic and offers high quality training videos with free certification to reduce the superior learning curve, I feel that more classes should be offered on how to use different tools (project manager, everyday tasks, productivity powerhouse, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organised and on top of my projects by allowing me to see who's working on what, how far along they are, and when tasks need to be completed. This allows for better time management, which ensures that all of my goals can be achieved on time.
Get Yourself Organized With Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers a variety of views of what you put into it, and it provides several ways to tag or otherwise group tasks. There is a coherent logic that makes creating new tasks easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana, why did you take away the ability to copy a subtask and move it to another task? Losing this ability adds time to tasks if they have to be duplicated, but only partly. Archiving also could be considerably better organized—so much so that I have taken to creating a separate (nonarchived) archive project and adding finished tasks there. This makes them easier to retrieve if necessary. Why isn't that a feature?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This team (content) has multiple moving parts. We work with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional teams. Asana makes it much easier to keep track of all of these subtasks with a clear, easy-to-follow workflow.
The best Project Management Tool for SMEs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface and the ability of asana to integrate with other tools. It is very easy to use and has a very friendly user interface. Alongwith this, it gives lots of ability to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really want Asana to have the two components in the tool that are Gantt Chart creation and Time Tracking. We can integrate third party tools but it would have been better if we have it native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling a lot to manage our client onboarding and then the subsequent completion of projects. Asana is helping us a lot in achieving these goals. It solves our main core problem of Client onboarding.
Can't imagine working on a team without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
i like how easy it is to see all of my tasks and the tasks from my team members. It makes it easy to collaborate and have my boss approve projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have no issues so far. This is the first company I've worked at that uses Asana and I can't imagine not using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of my projects and allows my project manager to create project requests and have our boss approve them.
