Great for both work and personal projects
What do you like best about the product?
+I can keep my tasks organized without relying on pen and paper or my memory
+I can create projects to separate out between different priorities

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't always as user-friendly as the online version. It is hard to navigate between projects on the app. Can get confusing between workspaces, teams, and projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a hard time remembering all the small tasks that need to get done. Asana helps me keep track of things that would get lost otherwise. Helpful to collaborate with coworkers, friends, and family too.
Great product for project management

I disliked the micro management of the team.

Asana is solving the major the problem that is project management by the help of this product we are able to see the good result for our project coordinator team

In Asana I can easily view all the tasks that are due.
Its ok - id rather use notion
What do you like best about the product?
I do like the fact it's flexible and you can create templates that you can re-use and use it for sprints and support reviews, but notion is just much more flexible for us in terms of combining functionality of asana and docs. I do like asana's permissions and we've been a customer a long time but at this point i'm not sure what unique thing it offers for a smaller org like us.
What do you dislike about the product?
No doc functionality; its good for many things but it's not easy to combine both table and doc functionality which can be very useful especially for creating nested pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support Eng backlog - it helps our support team and our support eng team get on the same page. It's helped us do OKRs in the past but we've moved away from OKRs. I also use it for personal tasks
Practical and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of having different boards for each project and being able to share ideas and tasks with everyone in the team and cross-team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit sad, probably could have more customizations for the boards, like in Trello.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of connecting with other teams and giving them visibility about the different processes and projects.
Project management software , that I cannot do without.
What do you like best about the product?
Verstality is Asana's strongest point, as far as I am concerned and it is also what I have come to cherish the most about this project management software. I have found Asana to be very flexible , and able to work with different project management methodologies , thus allowing it to be deployed in different departments at my organization , despite the unique and diverse project management needs of each department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many email notifications from Asana . As much as this has sometimes turned out to be very helpful , there have also been situations where-in , I felt the number of Asana email notifications in my inbox , were simply overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps to address critical project management needs across a variety of departments, at my company. The ability to connect teams and organize work is one of the most vital benefit that I have gotten off the Asana platform.

What do you like best about the product?
In a significant way, we like that the interface that provides the ASANA platform is simple and very dynamic; one of the platform's essential tools is assigning the same task in different projects. We think it is excellent that Asana frequently requests comments from users in its Forum, that way, it improves the interaction in communication issues and makes the experience more dynamic when using the platform. Configuring the tasks is super simple and automatically summarizes each of them, achieving this estimation in the topic of productivity at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Asana platform offers some complex tools when you want to manage projects. This platform has different payment packages, each with a level of effectiveness based on the tools provided if you wish to devices of high energy and strength in terms of results, package with high costs that become a little difficult to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving an estimate of the productivity of our service through the Asana platform has been very helpful in maximizing our effectiveness. With this platform, we could start creating checklists, and with the tracking features, we can plan future events. We like the fact that we can add task reminders and then edit them if necessary.

Great product that gets a little expensive

The UI is amazing, it really looks great and is nice to use

It became a bit too costly for us to use when we wanted to add more people
