Best tool for medium size enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has great features like task management, Gantt chart and materials management. Easy to use interface. They aslo have a great desktop version and free version to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far ,i like every aspect of this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us alot in task management .It's aslo easy to integrate with other application like Dropbox. Users are able to use the application very comfortably and their support is excellent.
Monitoring system for ongoing projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's most significant advantage is the simplicity with which group projects can be created and managed. By generating discrete work groups, the software facilitates successful monthly task distribution at no expense. In a short period, you may create task reminders and support team members in learning from and teaching one another. The interface's straightforward architecture also makes navigating from one location or activity to another effortless. Ey manages the initiatives at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several things that I would like to change about Asana. One is that you can only have one person working on it simultaneously. This makes it hard to assign tasks and keep track of who is doing what. Another thing is that there is no way to see the amount of time each person spends on each job, which makes meeting deadlines and budgeting complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is an excellent tool for the marketing team to cooperate better on content production and reach its goals. With Asana, new hires can be seamlessly introduced into the group, resulting in increased productivity.

It is very user-friendly and very easy to understand even if you have no experience with the software.

Although it is very easy sometimes lacks certain prompts to make a lot of processes more automatic.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to manage the entire project lifecycle within Asana Asana. The features are top-notch, and the connectivity with other applications is excellent. This allows me to easily communicate with project owners, chat about requests or tasks, convert requests into projects, assign tasks to team members complete in a timely manner, create cross-functional teams for better transparency, collaborate on designs for review purposes, and finally send over any final files that the project owner may need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how Aasana structures work duties. Often, my work is subdivided into smaller tasks that are listed in "My work." However, I do not have assigned projects for these individual tasks. If I give a project, it becomes a separate task within its parent project. This nesting can be helpful inside a project; however, it does not necessarily relate to my responsibilities outside the projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need help receiving some information from other members of my team. A centralized repository for event-related details, inquiries, files, and updates has been of great assistance to me in solving this problem.
Good tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asanas UI is great. It's easy to navigate and set up projects. Templates are awesome because they allowed us to streamline the onboarding process for new website builds. Overall I would recommend the use of this product for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There still isn't a great way for us to set up client facing projects. We wanted to be able to set up internal projects as well as client facing projects, but there isn't a good solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for project tracking and streamlining the on boarding process for new projects. Our whole team was able to easily use the product without issues.
Really great for young startups with not a lot of structure to bring some structure

It is easy to create tasks and manage them later (assignee, due date, tags, etc.).

Can't archive tasks easily for future reference. Can't print a to do list for a given day

What do you like best about the product?
Its helps to track all your tasks at one place , its also very dynamic in nature we can connect multiple departments and track the performance of a project. This creates a very solid workflow one can see whe4e is our project delayed or completes at stages .
What do you dislike about the product?
There is less importance of Analytics dashboard. It should be more of engaging in nature for the organisation to track the reports . Needs improvement on designing side.

Its helps in tracking the project report status under which department or a specific person . It makes the whole workflow smooth and transparent for all the users.
A great way to organise your everyday tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly, with constant updates to previous tasks and upcoming tasks make it easier to organise everyday essentials in the corporate world.
What do you dislike about the product?
More analytics can make this even better where you can track alot of things.

Everybody is assigned a set of goals which increase productivity across the organisation and make everyone more responsibile and diligent.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to build team projects and set the right ownership.
Task collaboration in asana is the one thing most of their competitors can't catch up to; being able to assign a single task to more than one person and having tasks linked to different projects allows collaboration between teams to be almost seamless. I have tried a lot of alternatives out of curiosity in the past year or two, yet nothing has made me believe that any of their direct competitors can offer something worth my while.
Asana also compliments with a massive list of integrations allowing our teams to work directly with a list of other tools without requiring additional input through exports etc.

Some functions and automations in asana are enterprise only and their pro/enterprise plan can be slightly more expensive to some of the other solutions in that this field.
Their timeline view can definitely benefit from more filters related to the view as it's almost impossible to currently use on a bigger project.

Project management tasks are easly replicated using the custom templates, and the workflows allowed us to create automation for building up reports that were previously done manually.
