Asana is advantageous for beginners.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use it to disseminate data and delegate responsibilities across my team efficiently. It's also super user-friendly - I had mastered most of its features by day two. And if I want to delve deeper, there's no prerequisite knowledge required. Plus, automating workflows is a breeze thanks to all the various triggers and actions you can configure (like notifying colleagues of upcoming appointments).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big dislikes with Asana, but I would appreciate visual aids to help me track both my own work and the project's overall progress. Also, the design could be more visually appealing - I'm just saying. Overall, I believe it is a good program that will benefit the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most challenging aspect of my job was keeping track of my team members' task performance. Because of this, I could assess their performance on the assigned tasks. One of the most valuable features is setting a deadline and a reminder for the current study.

I love Asana because it is very flexible and easy to use. I can make processes for my team, and any changes that a member of my team or I make will be recorded and made available to all parties involved. This guarantees that everyone on the team will get the most practical schedule possible.

There is nothing I dislike about Asana; it never lets me down and always performs its intended functions perfectly. It meets all my needs and more.

Asana is benefiting me by helping to hold team members accountable and providing a central location to manage tasks, communicate updates, and track the status of projects.

The new AI feature of Asana greatly improves productivity, as it is fully integrated and aligned with the created projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was one of the best without artificial intelligence features, so with the latest updates, productivity has improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing for me is the organization of tasks in different products. Another aspect I value highly is that it allows organizing several teams of people to achieve the objectives.

It gives you a complete overview of your project of projects. Integrated with tasks and a calendar. You can even manage multiple teams.

It can sometimes be a bit overwhelming because of all the functionalities.

Our projects before Asana where hard to handle. We worked with spreadsheets and sticky notes. Now we have a clearer overview.

Sometimes it is confusing when tasks are completed, they disappear and if you don't have some kind of experience it's difficult to backtrack on your tasks in case it's necessary

It is an excellent platform for the execution of multiple types of projects, widely used worldwide, so an opportunity for improvement could be to make some changes in the look and feel to make it easier to interpret at first sight, which that favors the learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is how it makes setting up and maintaining collaborative projects easy. You can quickly create reminders for upcoming tasks and help team members learn from each other and take on more responsibilities. With monthly charges being unnecessary, the software promotes efficient work distribution by forming distinct groups within the workforce. Plus, we can easily schedule the next step when we receive feedback from customers or groups. And thanks to its well-designed user interface, navigation between sections and activities is a breeze! Em for monitoring projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how in Asana, only one user can be assigned to each task because this makes it difficult for people working on projects together since they have to constantly communicate with each other about what needs to be done next. Also, the objective of specifying who is responsible for every activity kind of defeats the purpose of having multiple people work on one project since everyone has their specific job instead of being able to help out where needed.

Asana helps distribute project tasks evenly among team members, so the workload is shared fairly. With Asana, we can also see how much force is currently being applied to each team member. This helps us keep track of our progress and ensure that everyone works effectively.
Product is solid but the company is awful to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started. Can easily build useful workflows especially around marketing / creative use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is absolutely miserable to do business with. Super obnoxious and aggressive sales team constantly trying to upsell at every turn.
You have to pay a premium above the "business" level for basic security functionality so effectively you will be forced into the highest pricing tier.

It's a basic project management platform. There are several that do the same thing... there is not really a differentiation here.

Asana has a lot of great features that are helpful in managing projects. It also looks great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Adjusting to new features as an organization is a bit difficult though I think if you can assess best practices and get everyone on board I'm sure they would be helpful.
