Asana is a great place for collaborating on projects and managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to create projects, then create tasks, and then assign responsibility or deadlines. It makes it easy to see what tasks should be prioritized to achieve project goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no reminders for the tasks outside Asana meaning that you should always manually review and organize them. Furthermore, the licensing per person is expensive, so you probably would not add all of the folks in your org. That makes it harder to manage tasks that are assigned to folks who are not in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we can create projects, assign responsibility and track deadlines to ensure timely results are met. Asana integrates into our tech stack easily, so it's simple to create new tasks on the fly.

Well-integrated platform. Task management is easy. This tools is heavily focused on collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
No time tracking feature. Assignments are limited.

Being a project management tool asana has solved the management complex projects.
Asana is the best tool for maintaining internal organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana always keeps up to date in terms of tracking tools for all my projects and tasks in one place. The customer support is relatively fast and they answer our questions accurately and directly. The ability to create tasks and small projects is really amazing, as well as the way to add attachments to them. There is no expiration date on the assignment of individual jobs to workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the button to undo tasks, sometimes we make a mistake and we have to delete and repeat the action, a CTRL Z would be great to add it to the basic and advanced functions of Asana. Otherwise, Asana is amazing and 100% functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is that tool that helped us to organize the teams individually, facilitating the organization of tasks and ideas in an integral way with each client/advisor, which allowed us an improvement in our work and maximum efficiency when delivering pending projects. The integration and synchronization with third party software is really amazing, one of the best Asana can offer. 100% recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's custom fields feature the most beneficial for our team. We have marked each task with a project number using custom fields to easily access previously completed projects, even those that occurred years ago. Additionally, we use specialized fields to track which group and member of that group is submitting each request. In addition, the reporting function will enable us to determine which division or employee is placing the most strain on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my view, Asana's lack of flexibility is its greatest weakness. As with any other software, there are times when I wish Asana could accomplish something it cannot. In Asana, for instance, a subtask will not automatically inherit its parent task's settings when it is created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has greatly assisted us in organizing our processes and monitoring our projects. Our team ofter creates projects/procedures that can be reused in the future every day. Asana is beneficial for us because I can search for a resource we made last year and, with the proper filters in place, find that exact file in minutes, despite completing hundreds of sales tasks each month.

We can keep track of work. Better work and communication on one platform. It's beneficial for teamwork.

Everything is good. But it would help if you gave good customer support. Need to focus on some more functionality. Also, need ssome easy steps to createtask and assign it to team.

Asana helps us to keep track of the work of the team and stay organized. We can manage our team's tasks and project easily. With the help of asana, we can do project management easily. It makes project management easy
Creates a powerful toolbox of project-related information
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is excellent, the support is beneficial and of excellent quality, and there is plenty of room for deployment in the daily tasks at hand. As a result, I have developed a solid attachment to day-to-day activities without resorting to old-fashioned team task management procedures. In addition, I enjoy the competence and the excellent visualization of information on the dashboards of the proposed projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using it, I have been able to channel optimal performance, so I cannot say enough good things about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana handles multiple tasks at once and has figured out how to share various projects incredibly well. Thanks to this platform, I can combine multiple projects and tasks to streamline their deliverables, which I am pleased with. Ultimately, the best result is that I continue to perform at a high level of consistency. This is because I control entirely everything I have to do. In addition, we have used the most straightforward technique to coordinate the workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started, this was my first app for project management.
To work with team, this is a great tool to have.
Once a project got created, using that as a template feature is my favourite feature.

Now there are a lot of applications out there. Due to having a lot of feature inside a single project, I guess an option to control that would be best because not all project requires all fields.

We use this to design our workflows within the operations of our company. Love the trigger options to prompt the next step

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I'm able to integrate to major collaborative products around the globe that brings everything at one place for me to review and get my overburdened work done with ease and minimising my efforts. Low code to the moon!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, I still need to know about APIs, but I guess that's how the world integrates, and through this, only my work gets so easy, and you are able to make this an awesome product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a keen, quick and sharp eye and love seeing information in one place. It is a pain to look through 5 individual products for specific information. The integration features solves my problem of bringing everything to one place and keeps me productive throughout my workday.
