Asana Seamlessly Integrates with Outlook
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can track my work duties day to day simply by forwarding emails to Asana from Outlook. I then go into Asana to organize the emails into folders. It helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't forward items to specific folders. It adds more time than necessary by having to do that step. It would be great if there was a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of not knowing exactly how much I've accomplished for the day. It can be easy to plug away at emails and have no real way to track productivity without tools such as Asana.
User friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Every aspect of Asana has been very easy to learn because it is so intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool adoption and change management has been harder with Asana for some reason. The team is used to Google Sheets and has been resistant to the move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the team's workload accurately and in a timeline and providing a big picture of all team projects. This was not possible with our old system.
Asana Integration into Conductor works well
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is nice for workflows related to content production, so the content guidance reports I make fit nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no built-in breaks for days & weeks under tasks. You have to create special headings for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easier for me to send SEO content reviews to our writers via conductor, and I can make sure they got them because I can assign a due date & they have to mark the task as done. Before, I just had to hope they implemented my suggestions.
Asana is the best project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes things lot more easier when it comes to work management. It’s jam-packed full of features. I personally recommend it specifically to team with large number of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
No time tracking feature and someone who is using it for first may found it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes communication lot more easier and can keet track of my work and deadlines.
Asana is a good project management tool, but it requires a high premium plan for that

Asana is intuitive and easy to track all your projects simultaneously, with many views and team members. Custom fields and templates are the best to work with, creating a blank canvas for your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
For you to gain access to such good features, it requires the most expensive plan, so it isn't so accessible and for small teams, it leaves out a bunch of necessary stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly projects organization on a broader level. You can create many folders and different projects, specify which teams are in each one and see all tasks at once.

UI can be more user friendly and easy-to-use and must be more user interactive

Collaberation with team is resolved as we manage tasks between team members and communication is also become easy in individual chats or complete team chats

What do you like best about the product?
This has been best tool for project management I have used after looking into multiple solutions available in the market. This tool made planning easy for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me organize everything and allows a project to be broken down into small tasks without getting lost. I like the simplicity and ease of learning how to implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the time tracking worked on the desktop version.. This would allow us to understand better which projects we are working on without having to go online..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is allowing us to work as a team with transparency and allowing communication outside of email to promote efficient work. It also helps us focus on our goals.
