Easy to manage task.
It's a comprehensive work management tool to work faster

Workspaces are easy to create and after workspaces, I have a space where I see a series of projects based on tags, assigned people, and priority

Asana has all the capabilities to perform all tasks assigned so I have nothing to dislike about it

Managing my monthly and daily tasks, with amazing UI and its notifications help me finish tasks before the deadline. Helps me in keeping my schedule up to date and organised

There are no downsides that I faced. It's been an awesome experience so far.

Helps me to organise my various tasks and workflows so that I can focus on my work. Saves me a lot of time.
Amazing tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for me was that I can easily manage my marketing calendar. Being a marketing manager it is sometimes very difficult to keep up with the numerous tasks, but with Asana I could manage it all without any delays.

So far there is nothing that I don't like about the platform.

It helps me and my team to manage our marketing tasks and schedules. Its integration with apps makes the entire experience very smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing better than being able to view everything on my homepage and get a quick overview of what is coming up so I can plan my day-to-day and even my week. Asana reminds me of when I have my tasks due and how to handle them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Asana for almost 4 years now. I love the system I've created for myself, but I'd like to see some features that cater to people who use the platform alone rather than in teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding products that are free and don't skimp on quality is very difficult for nonprofit developers - Asana does both very well and for me this sets a standard above par.

There should be a few more features you can add like tracking of tickets. Also like Jira, it also has one user assigned to one task.

I have used Asana to manage the software development life cycle. It is helping the whole team to keep track of project and work.

After being a user of Asana over the last 3 to 4 years I'm still blown away by the continued updates and how far Asana has come in a short time.

If I had to say something here which I think I do, I would say it can sometimes be tough staying up with all the new updates and add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the project management or task management problems within an organization. Our company has dozens of projects, and hundreds of tasks going on at any given moment. Without Asana, I'm not sure how we'd manage. It has truly been a blessing for our company.

I miss a better schedule/timeline view that could help have an overall schedule of the project

Is giving full visibility of the different tasks in a complex project to the whole team members. Gives the ability to assign and control progress of tasks of a manager's team
One of the best app for management of small to mid size office
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create tasks related to a project as well as tasks that are 100% individual. I appreciate how easy it is to collaborate on tasks and how to set deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the team to embrace the system or it will not work, a partially onboard team is even worse than not using it at all. This software has a lot of features, which might be confusing and potentially overkill depending on what you are trying to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I make it a habit to keep my project running every day so that my superiors can see what, when, how and where I am working, as well as in what capacity.
