The best thing i like about asana is how easy it is to understand the basic functioning, it saves a lot of time and due to fluent operation it keeps hassle out of the way

Customer service could be better compared to other platform that is available on the internet.Some time it takes a lot of time of get reply of emails or other communcation way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all tasks and having the ability to create checkmarks is really helping me out here. and it is continuously growing to be a better so that actually help us in a long run

The documentation for integrating asana into the project is very good and I like it most.

What do you dislike about the product?
I got some issues while creating custom fields and matching them in the API because I used the wrong approach to integrate and call custom fields. Need some examples for implementing custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated asana for the task purpose and it helps a lot to create tasks for each transaction made by the user for the project and I enjoyed using it. Got created tasks for each transactions created for the project.

It is very easy to use and all the features are important manage the project easily

So the best thing about Asana is it helps our teams to manage the tasks according to the timelines and priorities. The user interface is also helpful to get the experience of the app.

I think it should have some tracking option of the tasks.
As it is a task management tool it should have tracking for the same.

The problem which Asana is solving is the a team task management.
Through the tasks creating it gets easy for us to divide the tasks that we created and we can update that task accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the best product of Asana that I've used. It's so great to have a best ticket managing system owned by Asana. Create tickets and manage your work accordingly with all the analysis of your workload. Great to have a management system like this
What do you dislike about the product?
Little bit of on the higher price bracket. The competition offers similar services at a lower price with almost all the features that are present in Asana. Best of average sized teams.

It solving the ticket management system in my organisation very well. We can monitor the progress of our work and can manage the work load by prioritizing the work based on its priority.
