Review of Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I used Asana when I first started working, and it was easy to use. As a project management tool, it helped us a lot in managing our tasks, especially since we were a small start-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Back then, a few years I guess, some features weren't in asana, and we had to switch to another tool. However, it was easier in asana than it was in the other tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, it is task management. Asana gives clarity on the project level, hence the team can think on a broader and wider level. The performance increased because of more clarity and visibility.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly and lack time management features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps in presentation to client more professional and summarising
Asana has helped me and my team to work in the most clear, direct and efficient way.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's assign and due date feature. It makes delegating tasks clear and direct. We are able to do next job with a priority task already in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost nothing I dislike about Asana. Though, they can improve by adding features to add more than one assigned user at once for a task. sometimes it takes two to complete one job :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritising. That was what Asana solved. It has helped us recognise what amongst the many important tasks were the highest priority task to get done. Result is, we outperformed our own standard
A fantastic tool for organizing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a PM solution that is known for being easy to use. The interface is intuitive and simple, making it possible for new users to quickly become proficient with the service. This makes Asana ideal for smaller and medium-sized groups that must complete many tasks efficiently. Additionally, the platform can be accessed from desktop and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to use the same task for multiple projects, I would like to use different naming conventions for each project while still linking them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Asana to be an excellent project management tool. I can easily create projects and labels to get a good overview of how I use my time. Additionally, Asana has helped identify areas where improvements need to be made.
Former User, But No Complaints
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization and UI that Asana provides. I believe that Asana is a great tool for small, in-house teams that require an easy-to-use project management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my context in an agency, Asana was unable to provide enough customization to where it was usable for us. We have over 300 clients that need access to their projects, and we found that many people within one Asana platform too many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana excelled at what it claims to do. Using Asana in a smaller context with an in-house team seems to be Asana's sweet spot. It is also easy enough to use that any user should have no problem.

Task Allocation and Collaboration Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative aspect of Asana is far better than most of the tools I have used. I work in a tech publication and it is so easy to pitch ideas, assign them, and collaborate with editors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app of Asana needs a serious overhaul. The web app experience is good but the app feels claustrophobic to use. I wish they could adjust the UI to make it more accessible on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a contributing writer and mainly use Asana to manage my article's workflow. I use it to pitch and assign topics, and then seek review from my editor. We are a fairly large team but Asana doesn't pose any problems in collaboration.
Decent tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that it provides to create stages and assign them to various people. It helps us achieve what we expect to do at Asana. Good way to manage projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I particularly dislike the UX, the dashboard sometimes gets too heavy to load and there are no automated ways to change the status of tasks in bulk. I would really appreciate it if these features were added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us manage tasks with multiple steps and multiple stakeholders need to collaborate and accomplish the task in a timely manner.
Asana is very handy and easy.

It sorts the tasks in a very reachable way and there are plenty of filters to help reaching to any task in mind.
