asana makes our project management efficient and less time consuming process
What do you like best about the product?
monitoring - easy to monitor every action item of each team member and project.
time tracking - asana also helps organizations and teams to track where there is time spent.
integrations options - asana provides lots of integrations options like MS office outlook, slack etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity - sometimes it is a bit confusing and hard to understand the project view because asanas offer many features.
limited resources - when you need to export and import files there are limited resources file formats.
UI glitches - Sometimes I feel some UI glitches especially in Mobile view.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves our day-to-day project and task management work, which was a too time-consuming process for any company that is continuously involved in team collaborations.
Asana makes it a simple and easy-to-use process for companies and their employees.

Before using asana our project management was not that efficient as it is now
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about asana is that it is available with so many features at zero cost and a free plan. Asana gives clarity to each and every employee about their project goals and tasks. The product team can create a roadmap, set goals, align priorities, and track milestones.
What do you dislike about the product?
New users face some difficulties in the beginning and it takes time to become a master. We can assign a task to only a single assignee at one time also there isn't any time tracking feature available for tracking the work in progress by an employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana made the work management so smooth that we save a lot of costs by dividing the tasks into smaller sub-tasks and assigning them to the employees according to their availability and work experience and finishing the project on or before the estimated timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been an excellent tool for our team to keep track of tasks and projects. It is user-friendly and efficient. I like that you can create different "workspaces" for each project you're working on and then invite specific people to join those workspaces. This makes it easy to categorize work and avoid confusion. Asana also allows you to set deadlines and due dates, which is extremely helpful in keeping everyone on track.

Learning how to use all of the features and create an efficient workflow can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps when data is missing or when there are multiple communication failures. I have seen the value in being able to find answers to questions, necessary access files, and information on events.
Asana can keep your team on track if you are looking for a task management tool.

It can create a space of truth to consolidate project information. And it is very customizable to your specific workflow. And it allows you to organize work across departments.

You need the whole team to update their tickets and contribute to keeping the boards clean / up to date. It's not something one teammate can do all on their own.

It puts all types of information in one place. You can make your instance customized to your needs. And they are constantly providing new updates to the tool if there's some functionality you want in the future.

Asana has an aesthetic, organized and colorful look and feels that allows me to manage my custom tasks to send to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a time and budget option and does not allow me to see the status of the account or project so I have had to do it independently from the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is quite easy to implement and the whole team has been able to adapt to its use effectively improving the way we have been using it these last months avoiding many tasks being lost or diverted. It is quite functional software because it has all the tools that fit each department in our company and its variety of functions allows us to keep proper control over what has been previously planned, sending us alerts and allowing us to tag users, creating a window that allows us to chat and talk directly with them about some problem that has arisen.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana continues to be an outstanding project management tool for our team. The ability to create separate roadmaps for different projects keeps everything structured and easy to track. I especially like the flexibility within each project - using sections such as Active Operations, To Do, In Progress, and Completed makes workflow management simple and visually clear.
Some newer features I appreciate are the improved timeline view, better automation options, and enhanced integrations with other tools. Automations help reduce manual work, and the reporting dashboards give a quick overview of progress without needing to dig deep into tasks. The collaboration features, such as comments, tagging teammates, and file attachments, make communication seamless within the platform.

If there is one area for improvement, it would be onboarding for new users. While Asana is powerful, it can initially feel overwhelming because of the number of features available. A more guided setup experience or interactive tutorials for beginners would make the learning curve smoother.
Overall, Asana has remained consistent in performance and reliability. It keeps projects organized, improves team coordination, and continues to evolve with useful features. Highly recommended.

In a startup, there are so many tasks to do but with a small team. And because of that, it can be tough to keep track of all the ongoing tasks, to be completed or even completed. Asana has helped us stay organized and complete our work before deadlines.
